I just had to call 2 banks to sort something out. ING number was busy, Imb bank answered straightaway and sorted my issue out. Shoutout to them for good service

right on pam
Go IMB stick it to ING
can't agree more 😂
had to call Westpac 2 weeks ago, waiting time was 140mins! Staff on the phone told me they have had 3 hours before…
all those CU banks are usually very quick :)
weird flex from westpac
At least you got a waiting time, mine just goes to the automated 'we are too busy' message when I tried to call
Can you repeat this process throughout the day and see if there is an optimal time to call each bank? and, if there are any times when your result is reversed?
dont forget to post on google
write a compliment to the bank
message news.com.au about this good experience
submit afca complaint for fraud/scam, chances are it wasnt imb but some fraud, banks are never niceyou forgot about calling up ACA
also forgot batman
Thanks, Pam. Sounds like an ACA story!! Better tell them!!
The lion probably ate all the ING call centre staff
ING number was busy, Imb bank answered
Are you ringing banks alphabetically?
Hello Pam, thanks and noted.
cool story, bro,. Have you got a TLDR?
Was it a simple password reset?
Or a misplaced bankcard?
I had an urgent issue on the weekend a while back and had to call a small bank, but had to wait until Monday as they only answer the phone 9-5 weekdays, and was then on hold for an hour
Whenever I call Westpac there is minimal wait and they are open 7 days a week
So there
Imb bank
today I learned about a new bank, it looks like they have been here since the 1880s.
Cool story, Pam.
Can banks like IMB afford to give you free money like this?
Certainly a statistically valuable sample size there, Pam.
Their service is almost as good as Cash for Cars!
So all small banks will pick up my phone call immediately while all larger ones won't?
Good to know, I'm sure this is accurate and true. Sending all my money now to a smaller bank.
everyone remembers when ING decided to steal people's interest earnings because according to ING everyone asked them to do it.🙄 yeah (profanity) ING.
Avoid Bendigo & Adelaide Bank, they're the worst bank I've ever dealt with. It's a shame too, as they're one of the most ethical. If you care about ethics, go to Australia Bank instead :)
I know the OP has made a number of 'interesting/entertaining' posts in the past.
But, when everyone just decides to be less than complimentary of one of the rarely seen positive posts, this is why you see primarily negative posts online.
There's a constant stream of 'why can't people post good things?' then when they do this pile on tends to happen pretty much immediately.Just pointing out that a simple positive post isn't an excuse to exercise your attempts at humour by putting the OP down.
Who is Pam ? ? ? ?
cool bananas Pam
