  Thanks OP. Been waiting for this to drop in price. It will replace a cheap $12 ceramic burr grinder which on its finest setting, still can't grind beans fine enough for my espresso machine.

  This or a K1 for half the price? Noting I only have an AeroPress and need to grind enough coffee for just one mug of coffee (currently use two flat scoops of ground coffee per mug, - Not sure of weight per scoop though.)

    The K1 should be sufficient although the K6 does better fine (espresso) grinds, gives more consistent grind size and is much easier to adjust. It's only worth the extra money if those things matter to you.
