The new AMD GPU series is released in a few months in 2025 Q1. Might be worth waiting for, at least if only for the price drops in the secondhand markets.
I feel like the 30xx series should be a lot cheaper than they are still selling for secondhand, and the 4xxx series is still barely affordable years later. It's certainly expensive to be a PC gamer with a 4k monitor.

There's even more reason to wait as NVIDIA's new series release at the same time in Q1 2025, plus Intels new offering late 2024.
