40% off Mattresses (Excluding Children’s), 30% off All Beds, 15% off Selected Wardrobes Including PAX + More @ IKEA

2150

I have been reliably informed that, sadly, there won't be a 15% off sitewide offer this year at IKEA. However, this is the next best thing, I guess.

For four days from 12.00am Friday 29 November – 11:59pm Monday 2 December, IKEA Family members will get up to 40% off selected home furnishings and accessories.

The IKEA Black Friday sale features:

40% off mattresses (excluding children’s)
30% off all beds
30% off selected children’s sleep products
20% off all bed textiles and pillows
15% off selected wardrobes including PAX
15% off all chest of drawers and bedside tables

Enjoy!

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2024

  • Thanks OP. We were in the market for new bed and mattress, originally had a no drawers MALM in basket - got the MALM with drawers cheaper.

(Edit - the upgraded slats are reduced from $80 to $56 as well)

Used multiple Macquarie sourced gift cards, saved $48 as well.

    The OzB way :)

  • For anyone who might be interested, I called IKEA today, and they refunded me the price difference for a bed I purchased a few days ago. Please note that the phone line wait time is currently about an hour.

just tried .. I brought the malm bed at Oct. no luck, they said I have to return , refund and re-purchase… :-|

      • Hmmm, it seems like they only do it if you purchased it a few days ago?

  • Went into IKEA Adelaide trying to get the refund in price difference for a bed bought in Jan but no lucky. They said now every item is unique similar as phone with IMEI so I have to return the original item. Last year I managed to 15% difference refunded as gift card though. Shame.

Try another agent on live chat. I had to try 3 different agents. I bought over 8k worth of Pax wardrobes in early November. I got refunded the price difference in the form of a gift card which I intended to use anyway for the remaining items I need for my house.

    • That's utter nonsense … as long as the 9 digit code is the same, they wouldn't know any better. Simply buy the new one for click and collect, go and pick it up, take it straight to returns and give them the old invoice … as long as it's the same 9 digit code.

      • Thanks for the reply. Maybe it was because they knew the bed I bought was OOS so I couldn't use this method.

  • So many popular items are out of stock, wasn't expecting that

  • For anyone who asked Ikea to refund the price difference and couldn't (in my case, I bought 3 weeks ago, it wasn't even delivered yet … they told me to cancel the order and purchase it again on Black Friday, but I wanted it that weekend … apparently they only refund the difference if same week as the sale), you can do what I did:

    1. Purchase all the items again, for click and collect.
    2. Go pick up the shopping trolley from the click and collect, wheel it directly to the refund counter
    3. Tell them you'd like to refund everything and give them the original receipt.

When they asked me why, I told them the truth, that I bought it 3 weeks ago and found out about Black Friday the next day. Rather than being annoyed, they were apologetic I had to go through all the effort, and promptly scanned everything to refund.

  • I missed the 40% off mattresses. Any idea if gbey will repeat this again? Cheers
