  • @gotyourback Can you please clarify:

    • Is the $250 cap per transaction?
    • Does the cashback stack with the new customer code EMNEW10 ($10 off first order, min spend $100)? A few months ago, this code was eligible for cashback but I'm not sure if it's still the same for this offer.

    Thanks.

    • Yup @trixieb! The Cashback is capped at $250 per transaction. For the promo code, no the code will not be eligible for Cashback now - sorry

      • +1

Thanks for the reply. There seem to be issues with EM tracking today at 10% instead of 30% and also rejected EM transactions from Oct in this post.

        • +1

Flagged this to the team about the current offer and about the Oct transaction the team is fixing it - might be a system glitch on those Cashbacks

          Sorry for any trouble fam!

          • @gotyourback: Thanks :)

          • @gotyourback: I purchased $600+ worth of Lego and it got tracked at $30…. was I capped as Woolies new customer and capped at $30? Can you help to fix this?

            • @lilkid28: Same here; I spent $449.10, and got tracked at $30. I don't think it's a cap; I reckon someone clicked fixed instead of percentage cashback.

          • @gotyourback: Do we have to chase up on it or is it automatic? Because I got 10% only

  • beware, checked my order and it tracked at 10% rather than 30%.

    • @gotyourback Some tracking issue

    • Was your purchase from an everyday market seller? And not a new Woolworths customer?

    • Same to me. I don't use any extra coupon. Only got 10% tracked :(

    • +1 - same issue for me. 10% instead 30%

    • Same issue here. Only tracked at 10%

      • Same issue here. Only tracked at 10%. @gotyourback plz help!!

        • +1 - will these all be automatically fixed @gotyourback?

    • ditto, ordered 3 hours ago, tracked at 10%

    • Also tracked as 10%.

  • +1

beware - tracked at full value, was showing same in SB history, then last night all the value got zeroed and the Westpac component rejected.

Sorry about this Cashback mess-up. We're working on fixing it. You should see the correct amount soon.

      • I had a cashback amount of the 16th October as well, received email showing amount initially and was showing in my app until last night, now has changed to zero as well, guessing this will be fixed automatically?

        • my cashback (from 16/10) has reappeared this evening.

Heads Up - If you're looking at MyDeal items, they're often more expensive on Everyday Market.

    Worth comparing to MyDeal directly.

    • +3

Cashrewards has MyDeal offer today: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/876271

      • +1

Worth comparing between the two in that case and possibly buying from Everyday Market if you have price protection.

        • +1

          This is the way.

    • Whopping $14.95 postage for a $16.95 item and no discount even if you buy more. And I live in Melbourne Metro area. Tried to buy 5 and postage is $74.75.
At least in everyday market free delivery over $50 purchase

how to know if this is australian stock?

    • the only way would be to check MyDeal listing and see..but even then it's a third party so treat it like ebay.

    • Does it work with multiple shopback on the same account? The airpods are an insane deal if it can track.

  • @trixieb does this include everyday rewards shop?

    • @jellybox No. Cashback is eligible only on items that display the orange Everyday Market logo.

Haven't had any trouble with Shopback or any other cashback platform yet but mine seems to have gone through as 10% (capped at $30) also. Email says still waiting on the stores final confirmation so hopefully sorts itself out afterwards.

    • Ye mine tracked as 10% only too. Shame

  • Will this work for shopping on the woolworths marketplace?

  • Anyone actually have 30% track? Terrible experience with this cashback offer, last time when it was 32% it tracked but they cancelled my order.

  • @gotyourback - my purchase amount was $430 and is only tracking as $30 cashback?

  • Does it work with multiple shopback on the same account?

  • Does with work with apple products?

  • Mine tracked only at 10%

  • Same, tracked at 10%

  • Tracked only $30, should be near $200

  • I see people excited by Everyday Market offers of 30%. What are people buying? Aren't prices already jacked up on EM?

    • +1

I'm buying Zzz Atelier mattresses. With free shipping and 30% cashback, it's cheaper than it was at their eBay store with 15% off.

      • +1

        Awesome mate

    • They had 50% off a couple of Le Crueset items the last time this deal was on.

  • @gotyourback - can you please confirm if this issue is being looked at and will be fixed or do you want to raise ticket?

  • +1

I had tracking issues during the last Everyday Market @ Shopback promotion, 32% cashback.

I purchased about $500 in goods, nothing was tracked. I raised a claim with all relevant information such as screenshot of the promotion and my invoice, which they tracked against the regular Woolworths rate and I only received over $2 or so. I had to raise a follow up claim to get the right amount.

It took under a week to resolve, but it took several back and forth emails.

    • Same here. Purchased a $660 item during the 30% cashback yet it was only tracked at 5%. It's been almost 3 weeks of asking gotyourback and messaging their support and all they keep saying is their team is working on it. Honestly the whole process has been painful and time consuming so far.

Made two purchases ($949.90 & $223.42) - first purchase was tracked at $30, second was tracked at $22.34 (10%). I've raised a ticket… hopefully will be solved quickly.

  • Woolworths are as dodgy AF !

I used the previous 35% cash back to but a PlayStation, tracked fine but next day they cancelled the order. no explanation no apology nothing. After a lot of hassle, they finally comeback and said it was out of stock with the seller. It was also taken off the site so I gave benefit of the doubt this was legit. The next day the item was back but $140 more.

This item I ordered from Big W (its Woolworths so this time shouldn't be an issue) for $100+ more than the last order. guess what i get this morning ??? Order cancelled !! again no details !

    • Yep can confirm same thing happened to me when it was 32%, bought a PS5 from The Gamesmen and then cancelled. Did you get a PS5 this time from Big W and it got cancelled?

      • i bought from Gamesmen for $719 and got delivered, 35% cashback.

    • "Woolworths are as dodgy AF !" It’s absolutely true that Woolworths seems to operate in a questionable way! I have plenty of evidence to back this up, such as repeated cancellations of Everyday Market orders, (which may or may not appear to just be a tactic to raise prices). They advertise "free shipping on $50 orders" is not true! because many $50 orders aren’t actually delivered to regional areas. Their handling of store credits also seems inconsistent or in lawless manner; and there are cases where orders are canceled, Woolworths keep $ without refunds being promptly processed for customers…

Would you be able to start a forum where we could discuss/document these issues case by case, with supporting evidence? We want Woolworths to address these concerns and make necessary changes to ensure fair treatment for all customers.

Hey everyone, We apologize for the recent issue with the Everyday Market cashback. Our team has fixed the error, and the correct cashback amount should be reflected in your account within 72 hours.

If you still see the incorrect amount after 72 hours, please let us know.

    Thanks for your understanding!

    • Mine is fixed now, thanks.

  • Mine's been fixed as well and the full 30% has been applied, thanks gotyourback!

Can I buy apple gift card and get the Cash back?

  • @gotyourback, sorry but does it stack with this every rewards points booster?

    Say hey to 2000 points
when you spend $50 or more at the new Everyday Rewards Shop. Ends Tuesday, 19 November.* Tip: make sure you have the latest version of the Everyday Rewards app to start shopping!

  • Am I fine with purchasing and using my monthly 10% off code from Everyday Extra, or is this going to cause issues with cash back tracking? Noticed on the disclaimer it mentions:

This Cashback deal is not valid together with:

    Any Gift Card payment method
Promos or Vouchers not featured on ShopBack

    • Unfortunately not. Everyday Extra discount does not work with Everyday Market anyway. Everyday Extra discount is for Woolworths and Big W stores.

  • How long before it starts tracking?

    • I purchased 2 days ago and still haven't tracked yet!

      • Then your out of luck. EM purchases track usually within 30 minutes

        • I hope not as I spent nearly $800 hoping for $200+ back.
I clicked through from the Shopback site and no ad blocking and I took a screenshot showing it was activated just before my purchase.
Ive never had a tracking issue with Shopback before now.

          • @linc4342: So in the past where my EM purchases haven’t tacked, I lodged a missing cashback claim and EM eventually rejected it. YMMV. My recommendation if the cashback doesn’t come through in the next few days is just return it. Frustrating I know.

            • @Repstar: Its a camera from Wireless 1 and says no return unfortunately.

              • @linc4342: I thought EM purchases have 30 days return ? OR its store specific?

                • @lilkid28: Products exempt from 30 day change of mind returns: items that are advertised as not eligible for change of mind returns.

This order is not eligible for a change of mind return.

So I guess its store specific.

  • Hi @gotyourback I’ve placed an order 6 hours ago and still hasn’t tracked. Is that normal? Thanks

    • Yeah because Everyday Market has a standard tracking period which is 2 days from the date of purchase

      • it's 2 days now but still hasn't tracked…

  • @gotyourback it’s been over 2 days and nothing has tracked for me as well.

    • Hey @mungicide @Hailarious! Sorry that the Cashback did not get tracked.

To get it sorted, you can submit a missing cashback report through the app or web and the team will start investigating it once the report is submitted

      • Thanks, I’ve reported it. How long does it usually take to verify with the store?

        • Cool! Thanks for submitting it. It will usually takes around 90 days (standard validation period from Everyday Market) for the investigation to be completed.

But rest assured our team is working on it and will provide an update as soon as possible

          • @gotyourback: ok it now says tracked after reporting so i guess i will wait from here. thanks!
