Ordered multiple items but only got tracking for one. The order number referenced in SB doesn't match any of the items. Currently sitting at 1.5% cashback but hope the rest will track eventually.

Mine didn't track. $165 USD. Put in report as been a week now..will go with other cashback companies from now on if not tracked/corrected. Just had issues with SB.

  similar story. i just went in aliexpress to request a item return. cause sick of half hopes from shopback (which are never fulfilled without like complaining constantly to them every now and then, then still wait ages for manual addition etc etc.)

    Well, after reported they found it. But because of 2 items just one tracked? Funny enough got the items and it was broken haha. So doing a return and full refund. See how long before rejected takes.
