  • I still think this a great deal for a work monitor at $426, using the customer service 10% off code, 5% off in the app and $100 off a trade in (throwing in my old Dell that's almost 8 years old). Missus will be happy as its USB-C. No more cable clutter and can deduct when the tax man arrives next year.

  • Anyone finding the webcam is flickering?

    Please ignore the messy table

    • that's the LED light in your room? I get that when the LED lights are on but none when the lights are off

  • How does this monitor compare to the cheaper LG 34WR50QK-B 34" WQHD 100Hz monitor?

I was ready to go with the Samsung when the $200 trade in was still offered, but now am tossing up with the LG. Thanks

I'd go with Samsung any day. USB-C, 90w charging, height adjustable, etc

  • How does one adjust the position of the camera?

    • you have to adjust the monitor….

      • When the top of the monitor is adjusted to meet your eye level (ergonomic), the camera only captures your head, leaving an entire top half of screen empty. This is a very bad look when it comes to video conferencing, especially given this is touted as business grade product.

        • I don't think you're suppose to sit so close it!

Does anyone know if the monitor trade in will go back to $200 as a Black Friday special? Or if there are better deals on the way?

  • Just got my monitor today, is there supposed to be some film on the screen???

Looks like a defective unit to me. You should contact Samsung to get it replaced.

I had a dead pixel on mine and reached out to Samsung the day my monitor arrived. I’m still waiting for them to pick it up and send a replacement. They said it’ll take 10-14 business days—bit of a pain!

      • Any updates on your monitor? Mine was picked up earlier this week, no updates on new monitor yet…

Quite disappointing… Always spoilt by Amazon replacement speeds, this is shocking.

        • Mine was picked up today since I didn’t hear anything from the courier after requesting replacement from Samsung. I had to follow up with Samsung multiple times to get things moving.

Couldn't agree more—Samsung’s customer service is really disappointing.

          • @issachar: @issachar have you had any updates?

            • @AtomuKirin: They said they have no more stock…..

              • @AtomuKirin: FYI, I have just received sms from the courier to confirm the delivery date for replacement unit. Hopefully you'll get yours soon.

                • @issachar: Oh wow, nice. All the best. Thanks for the update
Unfortunately mine is still with the original courier picked up. Hasn't arrived at Samsung yet….

            • @AtomuKirin: No, not yet. The return status hasn’t even been updated to “collected by Samsung,” though the customer service rep I chatted with confirmed that their warehouse has received the faulty monitor—it just hasn’t been scanned yet.

I had a replacement order created shortly after I filed a complaint. According to the customer service rep, a stock has been allocated for my replacement, even though there’s no stock available for purchase anymore. I guess I’ll find out at some point…

Oh no. My monitor is still in the original pack unopened. Looks like I should open and test it before too late.
