27" 1440p IPS Gaming Monitor under $350

Looking for the best 27" 1440p non-curved monitor for viewing movies but also fast enough to handle gaming with minimal blur / higher refresh rate. I searched through Amazon and have found a few, notably these below. Should I be looking at these or are there better ones for my budget?

MSI MAG 275QF

Philips Evnia 27M2N5500

Edit: After much consideration and some fresh education I'm happy with 2k instead of 4k and have edited and unpublished comments to reflect this.

Edit: Cheers all, ended up getting this Philips Evnia 27M2N5500 after watching this review and weighing up the lower cost and features!
Got it for around $286. Time will tell if I made the right choice.

4k I think is a bit wasted on 27" (1440p makes more sense) but perfect for 32"

    4k on 24" is very rare and expensive.
    
    If 24" is a good size then, I say a good quality 1080p high hertz 24" would be the go for your budget

I've now decided 27 inch is best for me, the desk is narrow but I'm going to position it on the far edge.
