Was looking to relive my teen years a bit and found that Talisman 5th Edition came out not too long ago.

Catch seemed to be cheapest by far? $51.90 shipped. Most places seem to retail around the $90 mark so it’s a good discount.

Yeah i was thinking the same thing.. I saw EB games and went to the website and noticed the expansion and full game. Though half price is not unheard of I suppose.
$83 for the base game on Gameology's (the 3rd party seller) website so make's me think you're right.
Been looking at a few boardgames on Catch, it seems common for wildly varying prices across different sellers.
Still have the original with expansions, other then what seems updated artwork, has anything changed?
The site does list that discounts up to 50% currently which would correlate with the "normal price "

Yeah i was about to post that, I feel it will be much easier to return to EB if they send the expansion rather than the full game, for sake of a few dollars more ($10 postage I believe).

Did anyone actually receive Talisman ? EB Games sent me a small card game called Betrayal.
Dang, that's not even close to Talisman.
Did they let you refund it easily, or did they give you crap about your receipt only lets you return the 'listed' product?
I contacted EB Games to see if they can correct it. I am hoping they don't do this to everyone., and would rather have the game than a refund.

Wow.. I was very close to going with EB but that sucks.. I hope they refunded or replaced with the proper item that was listed.

Also got the same. Really poor customer service from EB, and they basically just tried to blame Catch. They have told me they won't send Talisman and will only offer a refund.
EB Games sent me a return label for a refund. There was a problem with Catch linking to the wrong product code in EB's inventory.
I returned the wrong item and received a refund for the full amount. They didn't give me an option to be resupplied with Talisman unfortunately.
Wrong product code for EB and Gameology? Shitty IT and Betrayal is a shitty game.
Even more interesting, Betrayal is available for less direct from EB and Gameology.
So i re-ordered Talisman, this time from Gameology thinking they might have fixed the issue. They also sent me the Betrayal card game. Now i need to send off this copy for another refund.
This might be a listing error - if you look at the other purchase options on the right hand side, there are a whole heap at varying prices. Even EB Games and The Gamesmen have multiple listings at different prices, for the same product page/description.
There is an expansion that is ~$50, so it could be a mistake.
