          By using that metric shouldn’t you also be advocating for people to stop posting deals from Amazon, JB H-Fi, Bunnings, Ali Express, et al? It’s not unusual to regularly see deals from the same retailer as long as they rotate it around different products. It just doesn’t seem as constant with those that have vastly larger product lineups.

          If you’re referring to the emails there’s a way to unsubscribe from them by clicking a link, but It’s cunningly hidden behind the red text that says Unsubscribe. I can confirm it does, indeed, do what it proclaims.

      Morning @Christian Pac WOW what a way to kick off your first comment to commence your Oz Bargain journey, I can see you joined 6 minutes ago!

      Just to ensure we're on the same page and there's no confusion from anyone else reading this is not a "closing down sale" and we don't plan on closing down. Our South Central blend hasn't been on special for about 2 months and prior to that ~3.5 years and our Kenya Single Origin hasn't been featured in a deal for over 5 weeks. To keep our prices as low as week do we need economies of scale, as we're a relatively small company we need to punch above our weight and earn order flow to get enough scale to keep prices as stable as we can while offering as much variety of options for customers as is viable. At present we don't wholesale to resellers, so our deals simply pass on the reseller margins to customers as resellers mark up 40+%. Our deals operate as if we were selling to resellers, but instead our wonderful customers simply save money on our super fresh coffee. We also listen carefully to our customers directly and indirectly. The loudest voice is a customer making a purchase, so our increased deal flow is notably in response to increased demand from our terrific customers for more deals because when deal flow increases not just discounted but full priced orders increase.

      If our deal's are not a winner for you that's no stress at all, I can respect that everyone has a right to voice their opinion and that it's somewhat tricky to run a business that every single person loves (although I will continue to try to achieve that outcome) :)

    Hey Tom,

    How will this be as a pourover or latte?

    I've just finished my bag of the Bolivian beans which was quite nice and fantastic. What I've realised with Lime Blue beans is, because they are so fresh, they roughly require about 2 weeks of rest to reach peak flavor. The PNG was also quite nice, but I found the Bolivian more balanced both as a pourover/batch brew.

    I'm hoping something special comes again soon :)

      We sure are!

      Right now click and collect isn't available. However, we're currently (and have been for some time) working on something super special (well I think it is) to open up our HQ to create a hybrid in-person/online experience to bridge the gap between the two…so in a nutshell click and collect will be available in the future, I just don't know 100% when the new feature will be live :)

    OP can I ask what the score is about on your product pages? My products score an 85. Some range up to 87. But what does it mean?
