  • Advanced Image Quality: Full HD 1080p webcam resolution provides outstanding image quality so everyone can see you clearly during meetings

  • Auto Light Correction (RightLight 4): RightLight 4 video lighting technology automatically adjusts to the lighting in your environment, so you can be seen clearly even in low light

  • Auto-Framing (RightSight): Auto-framing (1)(3) centers the video camera on you, allowing you to stand and move during meetings without leaving the frame

  • Show Mode: Present your work or other objects on your desk with Show Mode, which lets you tilt the web camera up or down with one hand

  • Dual Noise Reduction Microphones: Be heard clearly in noisy environments thanks to noise canceling mics that filter out background sound during calls

  • Webcam with Privacy Cover: To protect your privacy between meetings, simply rotate the integrated webcam privacy shutter to completely block the camera

  • 90-Degree Field of View: A wider-than-normal FOV gives you extra space to move around or have a second person on the camera with you; use Logi Tune to zoom in or out to a full 90º width

  • Logi Tune: Pair with Logi Tune to customize your Logitech Webcam experience; zoom in or out, mute the microphone, adjust color and image resolution, manage auto-frame, and set automatic updates

    Very very good camera
    Use it for wfh.

  • +1

Same price at JB HiFi also.

  • +9

That's a cool price but also a reminder that your phones can also be used as a webcam (plugin or via an app) in a pinch albeit the angle is a bit weird.

Too bad still rocking the good old C922 so I'll pass this time :)

  • Is this anygood for onlyfans? Asking for a fr….asking for me

    • Not that you are bragging or anything.

  • +3

will this make my feet look better? asking for friend

  • +1

You know how everyone else in wfh meetings looks a bit low res? Yeah so do you. The apps are saving bandwidth and your nice webcam was for naught. I still have nice one..
    just saying.

    • +3

There's definitely some compression that happens but I always get told how clear my camera is (on a logitech 922) compared to everyone else rocking the built in laptop cameras.

      • Maybe there's some server side settings. Everyone in mine looks identically shit.

    • 100% Rubbish comment. Fully configurable send and receive resolution in Google Meet. Furthermore, the quality of the lens and sensor will still affect quality even if the transmitted stream is compressed or lower resolution.

    • In that case you're best off buying the Logitech streamcam; higher quality lighting etc.

Does this work with face unlock for windows? I thought the Brio series did but can't see any mention of it

    • +4

No unfortunately, only the Brio 4k supports windows hello (and note the newer mx brio 4k doesnt despite being a newer & more expensive model)

      • Specifications only mention Hello on Windows 10.

        • Hey mate, I can confirm the brio 4k indeed does support windows hello over win11 (had it from the 109$ deal i was talking about) and the datasheet doesnt explicitly state windows version neither. Its just a case of the website not being updated.

    • Lenobo 510 FHD Webcam does; $86.33 on the edu store.

      • Don’t support Hello on Windows 11. In fact, is there any external webcam that (officially) supports Hello on Windows 11, especially 24h2?

        • Hi mate, I wouldnt worry about that.

If it helps, I am currently use a no name el-cheapo webcam from taobao (think aliexpress but mainland china facing) - no more wfh calls needed so I offloaded the brio 4k I mentioned to you in the other comment to my mum who does - on the latest stable windows 11 build without issues with windows hello no issues for the past several months now.

If the webpage doesn't say windows 11, more often than not its just that it haven't been updated to say that, not that it doesn't work. Windows is surprisingly downwards compatible.

          • @Brrrrt: The issue here is Hello on new 24H2. You’re certain it still works?

            • @AlexF: Ah you mean the windows hello bug? You just have to wait for microsoft to fix that though? It is not as if ms is killing off windows hello support for webcams.

        • My camera works on 24H2. The lenovo one.

Missing my 109$ brio 4k deal everyday but dont reckon we would see that price again

  • +1

Still not worth it at this price, but it's a decent webcam once you manually dial it in, though it maxes out at 1080p30.

    • +1

It can do 60fps at 720p, but yeah I wish it did 60 at 1080p. Pretty crisp picture at least, in my experience

  • +3

Seems to be a bit overpriced for FHD imo

  • +12

Idk guys, last time I bought a good webcam for WFH, it just captured how sleepy and uninterested I was. Bit of blur is a good thing I think

    • +2

100% I always wonder why people need 4K for their webcam, I'd pay to buy one that has a LOW res so they can't see that I just rolled out of bed 5min prior.

perhaps they use the webcam for a side gig..

    • +1

That's where proper lighting comes in.

WARNING! This does not support Windows Hallo Facial Recognition to log in your windows.

My home office setup has the laptop folded and vertically put onto a stand. So for me windows hallo is really important.

Might help anyone who has a similar setup to me.

    • +3

      Hallo niece and nephews

    • Yeah this was the deal breaker for me

    • +2

      German Windows?

  • This would have been good but our work IT has blocked the Logi app so no bueno for me being able to tweak the zoom and other camera settings.

    • Yeah. Picture is pretty bad with default/auto settings, and no access to logi options means you can’t dial down the contrast and fix the white bal.

    • Yeah same. Can't even use my full hectic gaming gear on my laptop.

  • +1

Webcams still sitting up around $100? ….

  • Looks like an upgrade to my c270 but 5 times the price. Should I keep or wait for the 4k one?

  • Thanks guys, how does this compare to the 920? given that both of them are 1080p

    • +1

Better, but there's better value out there, plus the option of your phone in concert with some affordable - even free - apps.

      • Thanks, I will hold off for the brio 4K then.

        • +1

I mean that's not what I was implying. There's better options at the $150-$250 price point than the Brio 4K, assuming it hasn't been discontinued entirely.

Then you've basically got DSLR sensors with a half-decent lens shoved into a webcam at $500, but at that point the used DSLR market is opening up to you.

A good phone is still better than the cheap 4K webcams with the right software.

  • Updated to include JB Hifi and Officeworks as Amazon is temporarily out of stock

  • Still too much for me.
    Can we trust this one:
