Both of the Asrock distributors dropped them earlier this year. Nobody is handling distribution for Asrock in Australia anymore.
Mediatek wifi chip if that's important to you, doesn't seem like the MT7925 as they advertise BT 5.4
Should be marketed as not Z890 so you may get a functional intel experience with the 200S ultra serries
