Lowest by all retailers or lowest by Amazon I thought this had been way lower maybe I’m mixed up with gen 9.
I have gen 6 and thinking of upgrading it9 has been way lower. 10 has not.

Just got officeworks to price beat on the silver, nice! I got a 9th gen from costco still boxed last week so will just return that. Much prefer USB-C.

We have Gen9 ipads for the last 3 years. Is the Gen10 one worth upgrading from Gen9 ones? Or is it better to jump to the top version?

Technically yes but Fortnite isnt available outside of Europe at the moment for iOS.

Went to officework, their price has dropped to $487, can't ask for beat. But all colors are available. can go to officework to buy it before they put it price back up.

Yep, for some reason upon scanning it's showing $517 but their website is still showing $487 for colors. I was able to pick one up in Blue but staff had to check with his manager before adjusting the price. Be quick before they update the price on the website. chop chop.
64GB !! Even kids are going to complain after ROBLOX takes up the whole disk space.
Tip for Roblox space usage is to remove and reinstall the app occasionally. Kids have 32gb ipad so do it regularly for ios upgrades.
Space fills up because of all the different games played on it (it is a platform, not a game in itself).
Purchases and progress should be saved to cloud. Only games freshly launched will take up memory.
Can always test, if you have another ipad, install fresh, and login w child's account. Everything should be on the new install.Or just delete the app and don’t install it again.
Thanks for the tip. I get it. But after doing these "housekeeping" or cleanup tasks for a while, it starts feeling like an admin overhead when kids complain about disk capacity issues :) So we avoid any iPads < 128G

Finally it dropped in price, I needed to order one before November ends and was holding out hope that I'd get a sub-500 deal :)
looking at getting this for BYOD at kids school. Is 64GB really enough? Doesn't seem like much, but next step up is 258GB and a couple hundred more.

That would depend entirely on what you’re using it for.
For me who streams everything from Plex and Spotify, doesn’t play games, hardly uses any apps and has iCloud…yes it’s fine.
