How does the cashback work - do we get a discounted price?does it stack with student discounts of about 7%
Basically, you click from their site to Dell and they track you.
You buy your things.
Then 30 days later (I think) they put money in your account and you can TF that into your bank ac.
They get their money from Dell for driving traffic/sales to them.
I don't think it stacks with student discounts as that needs a coupon code.
oh ok, but if we click on the cashback link to dell order the item and put the student discount would we still get 20% cash back - there wasnt info on that at cashback site. Never done it before so if anyone has experience could share?

You can also add DELLAU5 for 5% off selected models. Even with cashback not sure if it’s really worth it though.
My Dell cashback had confirmed by 9th September 2024 for purchase made via Shopback in June 2024. I have not received the cashback yet and it shows as soon as Dell approves it Shopback will confirm it.
I have made several enquiries and tried to contact them. I got a ticket for my enquiry with Shopback generated and I received a reply that they are investigating and meanwhile they will close the ticket. They then closed the ticket without resolving the matter. I generated another ticket more than a week ago and haven't received any response.
Pathetic experience and warning all not to fall for it. If you are looking for cashback using Shopback, consider good chances you will not get it.
