I have NBN 100 and just got a TV Firestick 4k Max with the xbox app for cloud gaming.
Its been pretty flawless so far. Tried around 7 games. Pretty impressed. Glad I could stack this deal and get a "cheap" xbox lol
GeForce Now is on a league of its own. It’s far better than Xbox Cloud. Now, don’t get me wrong Xbox Cloud is fine.. I use it mainly to play old 360 games but it’s no match for GeForce Now which is indistinguishable (or at least imperceptible) to native gaming in terms of both visuals and latency.

If you’re using an iPhone or iPad and your transaction gets rejected because their system suspects fraud, try turning off iCloud Private Relay.

You can buy EA Play on Eneba at 36.80 for a year, which currently translates to 4 months when converted up to GPU. Obviously you'd have to pay for the additional month to convert since the $1 deal is gone, I'd choose this over one full month, so
36.80 for a year of EA, plus 35.90 for this 3 months of GPU and the upconversion, equals 72.70. I don't have the fees for EA Play added at the moment so let's just add another 3 bucks since it's similar in price enough to your deal, you're looking at approx 75 bucks for 7 months of GPU.

@bwatt72: This is, well was before it expired, gamepass ultimate. These keys you buy just give you a code.
You go home boot up the xbox and go to redeem, the same way you would for game or dlc and the gamepass is added to your account.

Yes, there was a long running deal where you could VPN into Turkey or Argentina to get it super cheap. There probably still are methods available for buying this for less right now.

As mentioned it might be 2:1 now. But it's still roughly the same price if you get it from Eneba (see above)
The difference is you need to not have any GPU sub active for the core pass upgrade to work. The codes in this deal work on existing subscriptions (to extend them)
I bought a 3 month GPU but haven't redeemed it yet. What happens if I buy the 12 month Core and then redeem the 3 month GPU?
If you do it in that order, I believe it will automatically upgrade the 12 month core to GPU using the mentioned conversion ratio, then add the 3 months on top of that. Just make sure you don't have any active GPU sub when adding the core pass

Unsure how the comment above was getting 12 months of EA Play to convert to 4 months of XGPU. Maybe it's a different rate if you don't already have XGPU and are converting an existing EA Play subscription to XGPU rather than topping up XGPU using EA Play codes?
