You still get charged fees for adding funds into your Eneba Wallet because you need to "buy" the Eneba gift cards. It can sometimes be even worse because you can't use discount codes when paying with the Eneba wallet.
Prezzee used to stock Eneba gift cards which was a good way around the fees because they didn't charge any additional fees (and you could get them for a discount through Shopback etc)

no seemed fine, although I dont remember ever having to change regions to begin with in the original deal, just using VPN at the beginning. I just purchased this deal and redeemed now, went through all fine
