This is a brand new Boost sim card. PORTING YOUR EXISTING NUMBER TO BOOST:
You can request to port your number to Boost when activating the SIM. Before porting the number, contact your current service provider to confirm personal details. Make sure your Name and Date of Birth registered with the number are 100% correct, including spaces. Ask to update your details if anything is incorrect. Once confirmed, provide the exact details to Boost to initiate the porting. Some carriers will send you an SMS to authorize the porting request, so ensure the current SIM is inserted until the service is disconnected.

  Your 365 days will start from the date of activation.
  if you activate on i.e 01-03-2025 your 365 days will start from this date.

  Probably late to the party, but does anyone know if these are still valid? Boost has dropped their cheaper year-long recharges, so I don't want to pull the trigger if this ends up a dud. I've got another telco sim ready to port to before using this, but yeah, still cautious.

    The advertised $230 Boost sim is valid till 08-09-2025 as mentioned.
    170GB data is available if activated before 10-03-2025.After that its 160GB and customer 365 days expiry starts from the date of sim activation.

  You need luck to activate the service. If your activation doesn't work, Boost hotline / web chat cannot help and decline refund. They point you to Telstra store but Telstra store would say "we don't support Boost customers". That's their way to make money without providing you any service

  Thanks for this! My current $230 sim doesn't expire until July so awesome to keep this set aside locking in a lower price. Does anyone have a go to middle sim to use? just want the cheapest thing, not too fussy on network or expiry.
