  Don't buy refurb battery cameras. My brand new ones are struggling to last 3yrs. Several are dead or hang on for life

    Not sure why I was negged. If brand new Reolink battery cameras don't last, then I'd be worried about refurbs just as much. I didn't suggest not to buy Reolink, just to be aware. Actually one of my wired Reolink Lumus cameras partly died with the led spotlight failing. But that camera is quite old now.

    I've since bought two Duo POE and also a Doorbell wifi camera.

    Just get a NVR and camera set up.
    Use your budget to determine which one to get. Or what style of camera you like the look of.
    If you think you will quickly use 8 ports, get the 16 port NVR. I thought I would only need 4 cameras but I have now got 8 and wished I had a 16 port NVR.

    You can use an SD card, NAS or server but at these prices, just get an 8 port NVR. Power, recording and streaming issues solved as soon as you connect the cameras.

    You were prob looking at the listing for the new (not refurbed) 820A. The refurbed version sold out about 92 seconds after I posted the deal as they are a very popular camera. They were about $72 before the OCTSAV15 code was applied.
