Nice price if you like green.

    • Yes it's a lot of green.
I'd recommend a Kermit sub homage or something, but still pretty good for the price for a brand name. Wouldn't get it unless you already had a few solid base colour divers (black, blue etc) or it may not get much wear.

Getting a good yellow face dive watch at a "modest" price is not an easy task.

    • You missed the MAS dive watch special. I am very impressed with the yellow dial of this one. I bought it on special for just $279 with sapphire glass. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/831004

    • You're not wrong. I ended up getting this Citizen auto when it was on special. Not a true diver but close enough.

      • Citizen is the wrong yellow.

Got a cheap Aragon yellow face and an Addiesdive with the yellow accents as fill ins.

Waiting for the Scurfa D1-500 to be back in stock.

    • The yellow face version of this watch was $249 in the weekend sale

      • Yes, I was about to buy when the price changed back to $279 *cry

I ended up getting a Timex Q Panda Chronograph https://timex.com/products/q-timex-chronograph-40mm-leather-… from the link here https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/872123 for their black friday preview sale.

This will be my first Timex, my first Panda and my first Chronograph. So excited lol.

Ticks a lot of boxes, nice.
      Quartz keeps good time too.

        Timex definitely ticks.

More likely to wear it than all the autos asleep in the drawer. Bit of a chore setting day and date too often.

          • @G-rig: True. I have no issue with solar and quartz (as long as I can replace the battery easily).

The sale brought the price down to $255.50 which is super sweet :D
