That bambino is such a classic

    • +4

It was posted in Aug for $256.10 & received 49 updoots so thought it was worth adding.

    • +2

      38mm would be good.

      • Yeah, 40mm is fairly large for this style of face. But it's pretty so I'll allow it

  • +2

When is the max version available?

  • +1

Great watch & great price. It's my daily office beater. Green dial though

  • +1

    Teddy lol.

  • Can you change the dial to one with a crown logo?

    • +6

      Toyota Crown owner?

      • He wants a watch with Rolex logo :P

        • Ahh lol - would never have guessed. I had also assumed Toyota crown. But did think it could also be Crown Casinos, Crown lager, Hallmark, Royal Canin, Corona.

          • -2

@ihfree: He said crown logo, so related with watch is Crown logo from Rolex …

Don't know why people like to downvote/neg … Many of my comments are actually useful and related.

LOL for the neg. I am asking genuine question. Everyone has different perception for watch size. Some people think 43 mm watch is too big for men, but I don't think so. My wrist is not big. Even 46 mm smartwatch is still good enough on my wrist. I don't have big body and not too tall either.

If you dare, answer my question, not just negging.

      • Probably fine at about 6.5" onwards.

It's hard to answer though - wrist diameter, how flat your wrist is, lug length, lug design(ie flat/curved downward) all play a part. You could either give more info or you can google the watch and your wrist size too see photos.

I still need to adjust the link for my 41 mm and 43.5 mm watches with link. After that all good. The watches look great on my wrist.

My 46 mm smartwatch with band is good enough on my wrist.

I am just average asian man. My wrist is not big and I am not tall either. I feel it's quite small for men's watches like 39 mm and below.

@neoleo: Well, what you think is what is important. Personal preference is a big one.

I am pretty happy wearing pretty much anything between 34(eg Timex Marlin) and 42mm.

            • @ihfree: I haven't tried watches under 38 mm like that Timex Marlin, so I don't know yet if it's too small or not for me.

              Thanks for your reply :)

      • Depends on wrist shape, not just overall diameter. If it's broad and flat (kinda like mine) all the way to 47mm looks good to me.
I have a few 45mm, but this Pulsar looks and wears bigger because the lug-to-lug is 55mm.
My other 45mm diameter cases have 52mm L2L.

The 47mm is a Seiko Tuna homage, and following that design principle the L2L is only 46mm, so not a problem.

Haven't even mentioned thickness, but sometimes you gotta wear the stack to save the coin.

        • The Pulsar definitely looks bigger.

Thickness? Watches with 1000m water resistance for example are definitely thicker.

          Thanks for your reply :)

  • Love my Orient. Not sure if this one is a 120 click bezel as well. Very, very nice

  • Oh wow, well if Teddy Bulbasaur thinks it’s great then I must have one

Why do I come here under the premise of saving money

    • -2

Because if you compare this with other sellers like in eBay, you may think you'll save money by purchasing it through Amazon instead of eBay. Look at this for example >$400 shipped from Japan too:
      https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/176459629135?_ul=AU

So, you may think that you'll save >$200 buying from Amazon ;-)

Other sellers in eBay sell it at >$300
Amazon is the cheapest place to buy this at the moment.

  • nice Mako but I'm so over day complications
