Someone sent us an email about this laptop from JB Hi-Fi, appearing to be the same model as this deal from last week but at lower price. Delivery only from $9.99. Here's the spec:

  • 14.5" 2.8K 120Hz OLED display
  • Ryzen AI 9 365
  • 32GB RAM
  • 1TB SSD

I thought Zen 5 laptops have just been released and they are already on discount cycle.

      ax210/200/9260 etc is $15
battery on this model is kinda of terrible compared to past models
      else good

      • The battery life makes no sense, is this a LeNoNo implementation issue?.. Or are there other reviews also showing same run times for the 365… I'd expect it to lose against LNL but against older ryzen that makes no sense… I smell something fishy here from LeNoNo… Maybe Intel has paid them to screw up the amd implementations… Lolll

have you looked into it yourself or are you blindly trusting the word of online strangers?

          https://youtu.be/AVwS3A5D4oc?t=600

this video literally shows better battery life compared to previous gen Yoga 7 Pros

          • @Bacons: No haven't had the chance to go through different reviews other than the article linked… Other than the initial 370hx ones where they showed pretty decent battery life and the initial LNL ones I found the comments quite surprising… If true then either LeNoNo has screwed something up with the power management or the reviewer has.

  • So can anyone confirm if this is 14.5 or 15.3?

    • it is 14.5 inch

  • 1.54kg not bad

    No 64 gigs ram

Buy a 32gig macbook… you only need 32 to get 64… You'll need to sell your car to get a 32gig version though… Kidney or other organs if you don't have a car.

Hi everyone, is this laptop good for playing AAA titles? Sorry, I'm not too familiar with the specs and technical details. Your opinions would be highly appreciated!

    • It may play them at low settings with FSR upscaling but it's really better for easier to run and older games.

the fan noise on this laptop is annoying.

Page is now missing must be sold out.

    • Yes, it's gone.

Cue JB Hifi's normal practise of cancelling the orders then making people wait 30days for a refund after offering them vouchers instead.

Okay so jbhifi confirmed its a pricing error and they would cancel the order

    • :'((

Even more respect for officeworks who honoured this deal

      • They are likely to honour the price-beat on this deal too.
I have placed an order, will keep the OzB community informed.

    Order cancelled 😕

Edit: First the country road shorts and now this laptop. Looks like my OzB luck is running low atm.

Yeah this is the second laptop price bargain I've missed out on.

Congrats for those who priced match at OW then?

    • +1

I actually didn't bother to try, as the description on the JB page said 15.3" and prior experience is Officeworks use any excuse not to match. Wasn't worth the wasted time for low chance of success.

    • Man I wonder if anyone was successful with the OW exploit.

      • +1

I scored one through OW, ready to be picked up today.
