It's this all freely availably on the web?

    I don't see the value?

    • Hi Jessie,

Whilst it is true that the data Microburbs uses is publicly available, we believe the benefit comes from how it is used.

Our database consists of over 90 million property listings since 1990, and uses advanced data science to create our backtested forecast that has consistently outperformed the market for the last 15 years.

From there, we have developed the tools and reports mentioned to turn these results into accessible and easily interpretable outputs that means you get to skip gathering, processing and understanding the data, and instead can focus on results.

The various subscriptions differ based on experience dealing with property data, with Basic aimed at a relatively new investor/homebuyer, and Portfolio Builder aimed at someone with a more technical background that wants to see more of the underlying data.

So if you do come from a strong data science background, I can understand how you might not see the value, but our products aim to empower more data driven decisions for investors and homebuyers who tend not to have that background.

      • Great, thanks for the information.

Can I pls ask how does it differ from Htag or may be DSR DATA?!

        • We differ through offering hyperlocal data and a more scientifically backed approach.

  • Link didn't auatomatically apply for me, though from the URL I guessed the coupon code was 50OFF, and that worked.
