As discussed they may ship the two shorts separately (e.g. one from store, one from warehouse) so maybe one short cancelled and the other still on its way - explains the partial refund!
Im guessing the dispatch warehouse started sending items out and someone at head office saw a weird order bump and investigated but some had already left the building….

For those who didn't get the shipping refunded, you can get in contact with them and they'll refund it. I did it via the chat and got the refund fairly quickly
Ill just piss them off and submit a complain to fair trading for not refunding shipping. That way i have leverage to negotiate a free pair or 2 shorts as compensation

Tracking number means they generated tracking number . Until unless item is picked up by courier, tracking number won't be of any use.
