This works for various multiples of two for all colours except for Black, White and Birch
Item cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty

I only made one order and got both, but the shipping notification hasnt been completed so I doubt any are going out.

I too got the cancellation email however the paypal notification of refund email says the refund is just two separate $10.45 refunds from a $31.85 order (incl. shipping)

Likely a system limitation where they have to select a reason from a dropdown when initiating a refund. Obviously theres not going to be a dropdown saying "Country Road fck up"

Everyone that got refund, I had to email back to their customer service (that is CC'd on the refunds) to ask for the rest of the refund. Suggest doing that

It looks as though they've refunded the items only, not shipping. Contact them via the chat, type agent, submit your order details, then request it from a human. Took 3mins and whilst probably not a deliberate scheme, not good enough from a system perspective.
Also, got the full refund but have something collected and on its way to me via AusPost - unclear if all or part of the order. Sounds like a few in that boat, in which case a sensational deal.

Got one delivered from my local ICONIC with StarTrack, although I got the cancellation email yesterday. Both of them are "shipped" on the ICONIC website, and I haven't seen any refunds yet.
My order was placed on Tue, 15 Oct 2024 09:39pm, so it's nearly one hour after the deal was posted.
All my delivery fees refunded.

I had my order cancelled (2 x 2 pairs), with the 15% discount code email and the refunds are pending to my bank for all items, and the shipping fees.
Now I've randomly had a knock at the door this morning with two pairs delivered. No post notification or delivery tracking. Truly bizarre.
I guess I wait and see what clears to the bank but the shorts are great. Well worth the ~$52 for two pairs and admission to this circus regardless of what the final out of pocket looks like.
