Almost as cheap as Kmart sneakers.

    • Almost as cheap as Kmart sneakers.

      Price and quality both 🤣

      • You surely haven't had one

        • +11

This model I am not sure but the last cheap one I bought was so uncomfortable to wear.

@superforever: its a different shoe and fit is personal. For $30 this is a good deal if you don't mind white and aren't expecting a high end running shoe. I've had several pairs of Duramo's 9 and 10's.

          • +1

@superforever: I also got the Galaxy 5's from the last deal and saw a lot of neg comments about comfort. Have only worn them once but found them comfortable and have nothing bad to say for $36 delivered.

          • @superforever: Yeah these were not my best purchase… A little heavy so just a slow jog/walk/gym shoe for me. Can't wait for it to wear out…

    • +1

Lol i said the same thing. Everlast prices hahaha

    • +2

Bought one and returned it on the same day. It's so uncomfortable. It's the worst shoe I have ever bought. Good luck folks!

  • Free return or exchange?

  • +3

Purchased the shoes from the previous deal and had to return them. The ordered size 8 in fact turned up being closer to size 7. Keep it in mind while ordering.

In regards to the quality, appears to be OK for the price, but again, not tried in action.

    • +2

I think US is 1 size higher than AUS?

      • -1

It's the other way round bud. Same with UK size.

      • +4

If you meant US size = UK/AUS size + 1 then you are correct.
(applies to adult male shoes size)

    • +2

What I've done this time is taken my measurements in cm, and used the size guide provided in the product's description.. it seems about a size or two higher than what my shoe sizes usually are.

      • Sounds quite Logical

    • thanks for the good info re size - example these are listed as being size US 10.5 for 27.6cm - whereas new balance is size US 9.5 for 27.5cm

    • Last time I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me a crappy jacket.

Had to get a refund via ebay / paypal as they just didn't respond.

  • +1

Hmmm, do i want to stuff around with a return if my sizing isnt right.

    • Can you return it easily if size is incorrect? Or you gotta pay return postage?

      • Its says "free returns"

        • +1

It says "30-day returns. Seller pays for return postage."
I think the old free return shipping with Paypal has finished?

          • @Gaz1: You may be right. When you go to the checkout it just says "free returns" in the review order section. But you'd need to clarify what that means, I guess.

  • These look great thanks OP. Add a white t shirt with graphics and black shorts, sorted.

  • +3

I used a pair of these, they were really comfortable for daily use but "running shoe" is a stretch.

  • Thanks op ordered a US 10, I wear US 10 for Nike's wearallday so hopefully a similar fit.

  • I quite like my ultraboosts for just supportive walking and standing, but they're starting to wear out. Could these be similar quality?

  • Thanks OP. Another pair added to the collection.

  • Snagged one, bargain at $30 in this economy.

    • +2

Know what you mean. $4/kilo for 🍌. Disgusting!

      • I think it was $5.50 at woolies

      • +6

Peel the 🍌 before checking out lol

        • +2

I acually take hard top bit of the 🍌 and pull them apart as to lessen the weight. 😆

          • @pacificstorm: Stingy way, if they find out you can be barred from the store. Would be quite embarrassing just for Bananas 😄

            • @rehan770: Nah. You ought to try it sometime. It's like striking back at the big corporations and also this method applies specifically with cauliflowers.

              • @pacificstorm: All of the cauliflower is edible if I am not mistaken.

      • I thought the icon was a chicken haha.

  • Good find. Thanks op.

  • I purchased the black/white from the recent, but expired, $38.4 delivered deal. Very happy with them as daily beaters.

  • +2

Maybe just me but I find these cheap basic one more comfortable than the expensive one like yeezy etc

  • -2

This is about all they're worth, cheap mass produced crap made from weak materials that fall apart after a few uses.

  • Thanks OP! Grabbed 'em!

  • Just realized my ebay plus has expired. Sigh..

  • Rip no size 15

  • Width?

Edit: Website suggests D ("normal width"): https://www.adidas.com.au/duramo-10-shoes/GW8342.html

    • I have wide feet and these 'look' reasonably wide based on the top view, so I'm giving them a crack. According to Adidas these are 'regular' fit.

  • +2

Thanks Op grabbed a pair but most likely after wearing them a few weeks I suspect they will change from white shoes to black shoes.

  • Thanks, got one

    • +20

How did you lose your other foot?

  • Of course my size is gone.

    • what size are you.. ? every size seems available .. lol

      • +1

Actually, you're right, it's there. I'm a US size 9, needed to scroll to the bottom. Was expecting it to be on top before 10.

  • Thanks op. Ordered.

  • +1

These are crap, pardon my French.

I ordered last time when they were 38 bucks (different model but pretty much the same by looking at pictures). Super uncomfortable to wear.

Maybe my feet are unique, but this is actually first time when I feel really uncomfortable in shoes, and it's my first cheap shoes. Coincidence?

I bought a discounted (from 180 down to 90) pair (not telling brand so you don't think it's ads) last weekend, and they are just great.

Don't make the same mistake as me, kids, those 50 bucks saved are not worth it :)

P.S oh almost forgot to mention - they are slippery as hell.

    • i'd like to know what brand and if this specific shoe was something you found from ozbargain (and if so whats the link)
      :)

      • It's Skechers. Sorry to disappoint you, but it wasn't from ozbargain. I just walked into every single shoe store in Westfield Hurstville to see what deals were on and to try them on first.

        • +1

yeah thats the disdvantage of buying online, the whole not trying it on experience and have to do that after getting the product - applies to clothes too.

i just did that with the latest amazon deal, bought 2 pairs US 8/8.5 which had free returns. although i went to an outlet shopping and saw the exact shoes, tried it out and then thought i'd do the 8.5, got the 2 pairs from amazon then changed my mind to the 8 lol but yeah now i have to return the other one

          • +1

@prankster: Yeah size wasn't the problem in my case, it's just how they fit your feet overall, and the walking experience.

These cheap ones are rough, weirdly shaped and slippery. They look great, that's it, they are made to look nice and attract buyers by that single fact. But the moment you touch them, you feel that the materials there are 99% same as in kmart shoes (no offence, my fellow kmart buddies).

            • @random-userr: yeah agree with you, but i'm willing to parlay $30 for this shoes and see what happens lol

  • at least dont run on these guys

    • its called running shoes though? lol

    • I wear $50 adidas shoes to run, works for me.

  • Have they sold any at $120 ??

Or is it a simple case of adidas / eBay following Woolworths and Coles pricing tactics …

    • +1

Clothing (along with other things) always has inflated RRP.

      • yeah even the clothes from kmart, i'm sure it only cost them $1 each shirt but they sell it for $10/$15

        • Well they gotta pain rent, utilities, insurance, wages, a few million bonuses to senior executives and cartier watches as gifts for xmas etc

  • if you want more than one do separate orders.

    • The voucher can only be applied once.

  • Everyones foot is different. I've had Duramo 9s, Galaxy 5 & 6. Purchased when they were cheap at BIG W for example. I found them very comfortable, but not very durable - one pair lasted less than 2 months (material wore out on the inside. As $20-$30 they were ok…. but if I spent $80+ and they lasted 2 months or less I'd be fuming.

Had that happen with some expensive shoes back in the day. Funnily enough purchased 2 different Kobe Bryant shoes - the more expensive pair only lasted 3 months. The cheaper pair lasted nearly 4 years.

  • If you're a heavy dude after an everyday all rounder just get trail runners. They're made to last.

    • Tend to be quite heavy, though.

  • +1

I’ve got 3 unopened pairs sitting in the garage, must stop buying…

    • You must run a lot.

      • +2

I don't, otherwise they will be worn out lol

  • free returns?

    • On the main Ebay page for this item it says "30-day returns. Seller pays for return postage."
Does anyone know if you can still get free return shipping somehow (eg Paypal or incorrect size)?

  • Anyone else’s order cancelled and refunded?

    • Nope. What size did you order?

      • US10. On eBay it says they’re still in stock

        • Weird

        • Just try re-ordering? Code is single use, unless you can use it again after your order was cancelled.

          • @RichardL: I was able to reuse the code and so re-ordered the same size for same price. Fingers crossed!
