Hey nice, my size is in stock. Thanks op!

  • Thank you

  • thanks

  • Thanks, hope they're good for street running.

    • They are if you like overload training. They are a bit heavy. But on race day…you'll smash it

      • +7

Nice, I plan to use them while working as a software developer. Sounds like they will really help my performance.

        • +6

Definitely mate… These are 98 bit.. 99 if you include the tongue stitching.
Ask for a raise in your PD meeting… when asked to justify it, just say "because of these wheels" and flash the shoes.

      • For a daily standup meeting

        • even when wfh?

  • good shoes?

    • +2

Hard to tell, but I sent back the Galaxy 5 I had bought recently as they were an absolute piece of garbage. FWIW These don't look much different…

      • What were the cons?

        • -2

They were bad in every possible way tbh. I returned them immediately.

Edit: I checked the reviews and the Duramo seem pretty decent shoes though.

  • +4

I got them on the eBay Plus deal, good for walking, not sure I'd trust them for running but they wouldn't be terrible

    • Are they slippery in the wet?

      • +1

Haven't worn them in the wet much. They're pretty grippy right now as they're new, no way to tell how they will age.

        • No worries, thanks :)

      • +4

I bought some similarly priced ~$30 adidas a while back.
Comfortable for everyday wear, but the soles are cheap moulded low density plastic and the tread wears off quickly. Slippery as hell on wet smooth pavement.
These don't have deep tread and at the price I think they'll wear down quickly as well.
        Avoid.

I've given up on cheap adidas - they're essentially trash tier.
Had much better luck with the incessant 60-70% off sales at hypedc and similar.
Choose the shoe you want and wait (unless it's NB - you'll wait forever).
Got a leather Reebok club C for $40 + delivery. Down from $130-160 at full price.

        • Thanks Roddi :) you given me a great insight, cheers :)

  • Thanks OP!

  • +3

My big toe just stuck it's ugly head though my old Adidas last week, so cheers for the deal, OP - your timing is impeccable.

    • +5

what makes you think it won’t try to make an appearance with these anytime soon

I bought these shoes for this price when they had them on sale before, they are very comfortable and still one of my daily casual shoes I wear

    • Are they slippery in the wet?

      • +1

        Not that I've experienced.

        • Thanks :)

  • +1

    Thank you!

  • Anyone know how the size fit comparison is with Nike react?

  • +2

These are junk, save your money for something decent for your feet.

    • +20

Junk for running, absolutely! $38.40 for a casual shoe to wear to the shops on the weekend, absolutely not!

  • Have Puma size shoe https://imgur.com/a/v1Elq7Z
What size should we look in Adidas? I believe Adidas is slightly bigger than this Puma.

    • I would honestly just get the same size as your Puma if your Puma fit fine, I wouldn't be trying to guess a different size.

      • Thanks but its different size when I am trying to compare all US/UK/EU/CM :(

If i match US size then Adidas has diff UK/EU/CM and likewise so trying to find what’s best size in Adidas I can go with for https://imgur.com/a/v1Elq7Z

        • The size chart is in the listing, the UK and US sizes on your Puma shoe comparing to the size chart I believe are the same. Read the Ebay listing

Good shoe for the price but wouldn't recommend for running, spend a bit more for a more supportive shoe. Also the laces on these break after time, thin and become brittle.

  • +1

what are decent running shoes for $80-150

  • @jpworlds you’re conveniently silent on this post…

  • Thank you, snapped up a size 11

  • Thanks OP :)

  • Mine come up as $48??? Am I missing something?

    • +1

Yes enter DEALS20 code at checkout

      • +1

Duh!!! Having a Homer Simpson moment! Thanks :)

  • Bought a pair. Thanks OP!

  • +1

I did not need these, I do not run, but I just couldn't turn down the bargain. Bought a pair. Thanks a lot, Op…

    • +3

You don't want them for running anyway, good for a casual out and about shoe!

  • -1

Would these be as good as my Australian Army issued Dunlop K26 Centurion made in Indonesia shoes size 10.5 wide?

  • Thank you OP :)

  • +2

looks similar to adidas Galaxy 5
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/405175237862
which was $40 on sale last time

  • +2

Tanop got another pair.. for the baby and grey last 2 times.. this price phenomenal. Cheers. Very comfy for walking unsure for running

  • +3

At this price nothing beats them. Bargain! I previously bought myself two pairs of these but in different colour - very happy with them.

  • Does anyone have any affordable suggestions for weight lifting shoes? I haven't had much success in my search.

    • There was a reebok one on special a while back.

      • Hmmm, looks like I missed it unfortunately. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled.

    • I wear Dunlop Volleys. Nice flat sole.

    • +1

Indoor soccer shoes work well too as they typically have low/no heel lift.

  • +1

    Sigh and buy. Thanks OP.

  • +1

    Thank you, great deal.

  • Just out of curiosity, which shoes/brand do you buy for Kids school shoes? preferably leather or something which can last atleast 6 months with rough usage.

    • +1

      https://www.rocboots.com/

These have lasted over 20mnths - Year 7+8
      Still look pretty good
Soles good, no tears, heals still good.

Clean and polish them with good old-school polish every month and they come up like new.

We got them originally at 1/2 price from a shoe shop in Mentone (closed down now)

  • +5

I wouldn't bother. I bought some last deal and ended up returning them. They are super tight for the size- there is stitching along the top of the toes that cut in and make them unwearable. Just a heads up..

  • Would these suit a 13 yo starting basketball ?

  • The code is not working (This code can't be applied to your order.)

    • +2

      It just worked for me.

Is it cause you work for ebay Australia?

  • +1

anyone with wide feet bought these?

  • +3

I bought these with the last deal and they are ok as a casual shoe but no good as a running or exercising shoe. The tongue is too short and has virtually no padding and the laces need extra holes at the top in order to make them the least bit supportive. Can't argue with the price but don't expect anything more than a casual shoe.

  • +2

Arrived today in tassie. Two days, I'm impressed.

    • Impressed by the fast delivery or the sneakers?

      • +1

Delivery. Sneakers are OK as well.

        • Same - 2 days Melb Metro
          Worth every penny

  • +2

Mine delivered today - can't complete for less than forty bucks - decent runabouts

  • +1

Mine arrived today. Went for a walk and I found them quite uncomfortable on the instep where two different materials meet. Could be my wide feet.

  • Anyone has ordered but still awaiting postage?
its been 4 days and mine is still awaiting postage :(
They probably got too much order of it or maybe waiting for stock for that particular size.

    • +1

NVM, finally got the tracking number yesterday.

  • +1

Surprisingly good value neutral shoe according to RunRepeat

  • Bet everyone in the Oz bargain meet up will be wearing these 😂
