I don’t want the keyboard mouse and bag. Can you discount it further?

    • Unfortunately not, we are throwing them in for free as it is! Sorry!

Actually a pretty decent price for the bundle. Great for high school / uni students and the touch screen is pretty handy (I loved the touchscreen on the XPS back in uni days).

Refurb laptops are another great option at $250 - $500, for schoolkids.

Especially for the ozbargainers at heart.

      • Waiting for a decent iGPU laptop model that can handle encoding to show up on the refurb sites I watch, hopefully won't be waiting for years

      This one no touch

    • Damaged box unit, can use “CLEA10” for an additional 10% discount on the clearance stock!

      • Only the box is damaged and the computer itself is safe? No scratches or dints? Also, what's the warranty on such computers that have a damaged box?

  • whats the weight?

  • Ram and ssd upgrade able?
    Any thunderbolt on the ports?

    • We can do if you like! Best message us at [email protected] & we can help work out the upgrades 👍🏽

  • What’s the screen brightness and sRGB? This makes or breaks the deal

  • Thanks OP, solid deal for a very solid laptop. My son's school a couple years back charged us around $2,300 (it was compulsory), for the same HP Elitebook (albeit it was the 830 G8, but internals were the same). This is a very reliable daily driver, powerful enough for most things (including a bit of light gaming)!

    • Those expensive school laptops usually come with repairs (I got at least 1 out of warranty repair) cause students love to break them. Maybe you have similar benefits?

      • Yup the additional warranty and on site repairs are there, which is good but not worth the huge premium imo. OP of the deal has mentioned it's a commercial SKU, so the warranty should be of a similar nature to what schoolkids get too.

  • Be good to see something with an iGPU that can handle encoding.

  • Query for OP.
You have advertised, "This is a commercial SKU", what does this mean?
How were the boxes damaged & how damaged are they.
What is the warranty & is it manufacturers warranty.

    • Hi,

It’s a HP commercial SKU (not advertised on their retail store). No damage to boxes & 3 years warranty from HP is included.

This is a product typically sold to enterprise customers, not consumers - but comes with additional warranty & support.

      Hope this helps!

  • Just showed this to someone needing a new laptop. Yes, a shame it's evil Hardly. But pretty good specs.
