    OP. Please correct heading - it is $198 for a 3ds xl. This is a good price for the xl, but ordinary for a non-xl.

    is it worth getting 3ds XL over the standard?

    does it feel heavier/tiring when holding it?
    Also how portable is this?

    is it size of a 7" tablet but thicker?

      It won't fit in your pocket but it very portable

      The other bonus of the 3DS XL over the 3DS is that the battery life is longer in the XL.

      I upgraded from the 3DS To the XL and using a regular 3DS now feels terrible because it's so small. I would definitely recommend the XL, only issue I have is the L R buttons aren't clicky :( i like clicky..

      the XL is great. the pixel density is the same as the old DSi so over-pixelation isn't an issue.
      there's some downsides though.
      1. it's hard to carry around, like rukia said it doesn't fit in your pocket. This effects the Streetpass & Playcoin features in games.
      2. the camera is exactly the same so when you use it (games often use it with AR) it appears really zoomed in.
      & 3, some games make virtual buttons on the touch screen, they're bigger on the XL to the point of being unusable in some cases. Although I don't think games released after XL will have that problem.

      The top screen is so much nicer, and the system is easier to grip (less tiring), so I'd probably say the XL is better. even if it doesn't have full compatibility.

    Not sure is just WA, please make sure you check you 24pack Pepsi or Schweppes variety, it will scan at $13, they need to manually enter the price, I just bought 30 cartons, so they need manually key is the price one at the time…and that is for everyone, that have about 5 or 10 cartons in the trolleys. Enjoy your weekend.

        It's a promotion in Europe. Buy a 3DS XL and register it with Club Nintendo to get a download code for either New Art Academy, Super Mario 3D Land, New Style Boutique, Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, or Freakyforms Deluxe. I considered ordering it from Amazon but this is a good deal.
