Yeah, sorry should be updated now

      • +5

Don't apologize. I'm sure you got your figure legitimately. Just looked but weird when you click the link.
        Thanks for updating.

Awesome price, but showing $95.40 for me plus $44.98 for shipping. I have Prime.

    • same

    • +2

Can you pick Amazon Au as a seller, under the other sellers option?
Your listing is Amazon Germany's pricing

    • +13

Ive been using it for last year and it's the best thing i ever bought for my shaving. Definitely you DON'T get what you pay for but a lot more

    • -1

I'd recommend investing in a nice Bayliss Pro for long term

Or something like a Panasonic, Philips or Braun which will probably be better again

    • Is the bayliss pro better than the wahl lithium ion?

  • Is this nimh there seems to be a cheaper one from the us

  • +3

I wasn’t happy with the shave from this one. Yes it’s faster but you end up going over the same areas many times to achieve a decent shave.

That said I was coming from razors and went back to them.

    • +2

Yep, I bought the pro (bulkier black version) and wasn’t impressed. Was actually quicker and easier with my old cartridge. Saying that mine’s only stubbles and not a full on beard.

    • Snap. Constantly going over the same areas. Much quicker with a normal razor

  • +3

    Replecement blades are expensive lol

    • +1

Such is the case for foil shavers as well. My Panasonic is $113 for internal and external blades

    • I have found that mine last roughly 6ish months, but I have relatively thin and soft facial hair so YMMV. It sucks that they overcharge so much for the OEM blades, I've heard the non-OEM ones are terrible.

      • +3

Ill just continue using a clipper/trimmer. My phillips one is close to 7 years old, battery is good for 5 beard clips, and blades still sharp.

      • I don't even know when to replace. I have been using the same one for a year with daily shaves.

    Replacement blades, 3-pack, $50 with 20% off https://amzn.asia/d/bbsQocb

    Add on:

    Nose Hair Trimmer $11.30 8% off https://amzn.asia/d/is5p1Dm
    14-in-1 Guide Comb Set $22 https://amzn.asia/d/eEktD52

    • +1

How about the bootleg ones on aliexpress, 5 for $30?

    • +4

Barely any reviews for the nose trimmer attachment, of which the majority are negative and say it's terrible… Best off avoiding.

    • +5

      Serious answer - Seriously bro?

        • +11

Again - seriously bro? Some people dont like facial hair, what is it that you dont understand?

        • +2

Obviously they either like the look, or feel pressured into doing that for either their

job, partner, family and/or friends. I just don't care anymore and trim/shave once or twice per week.

        • +3

I shave monthly but I guess I prefer having facial hair.

So you can probably work out the answer to your own question

          • -5

@spaceflight: Tough crowd in here. The idea of hating one day old facial hair to me is absolutely bonkers. Fair enough.

        • I have a hair pulling condition called trichotillomania

        • +4

I often wonder why people don't choose to do exactly as I do.

    • +4

      Why do people shower everyday?

      • +3

        Yea, that's a bit different.

        • Not really I prefer showering every 3 days. I wipe my self with wet body wipes when needed. I don't understand why people do it everyday.

          • +1

            @Skarpi TT: Personal hygeine.

          • +11

@Skarpi TT: Unless you have that gene that means you don't have much, if any, body odour, you smell and the people around you know you smell.

Using wet wipes is not doing what you think it's doing my guy.

  • +5

i would honeslty rather reccomend like the pihlips multigroom series, no need to buy replacemnet blades. I have the normal version of this, not norleco and it works fine. This price is really good for norelco version as well but that's because its US import.

    https://www.amazon.com.au/Philips-Norelco-Multigroom-Groomin…

    • +2

Nice, I've been using the oneblade but found the replacement blades too expensive. May just switch to the one you recommended.

    • +2

Come on bro, this one's a trimmer, the other a shaver

      • +3

The trim look is in fashion ATM.
        Clean shave is so 2020

        • +2

the overgrown look was 2020, covid

          • +2

@catchtheaman: Thank covid era that made facial hair/beards great again.

And many people became pro self barbers

        • +1

I mean, i use oneblade to shape my trim look but yeah

    • +3

      "comes with USB charging cable"

Except it's a proprietary connector at the other end so not really any more useful than if it didn't have a USB connector on the cable

    • Can you use it to clean-shave your face or does it always leave some hair behind?

      • +1

can't get a clean shave with these.

  • Not deliverable to my address. Aw, I get stuff from Amazon all the time.

    • Same here, no idea why.

      • Seems to be a postcode thing, as I tried a few different addresses around the area and same deal. Have seen it a few times over the year on random things. Ah well, the beard shall remain unkempt for now.

  • +1

Is there a big difference between this and the pro version?

  • How long do the blades last for? I just recently got one of these, and it's been awesome.

    • +1

I've found about 6 months - but YMMV depending on the thickness of your hair, how often you shave, and how well you maintain the blades. You will notice when you have to go over the same area again and again.

      • +1

What do you do for maintenance? I just rinse mine off after each use.

        • +1

Yeah, basically, once in a while, I will rinse it under warm water for 30-60 seconds while it's on.

    • +2

I change mine every 2-4 months, sometimes blades vary in quality, or maybe facial hair grows differently depending on the season lol

I have a super sensitive skin, and razors are simply a no-no

so I have been going between rotary and foil shavers, and then decided to give OneBlade a go and never went back. but I got the Pro version, around this price.

super happy with it, the shave is close enough, missus no complaints. yes it's not the closest shave in the world, but it doesn't take longer to get to "acceptable" compared to foil or rotary, and before this I had Braun Series 7 foil shaver

most importantly, no skin irritation, that's the win for me.

recommended! not sure about this 360 version however. 360 degrees sounds like a step back not forward. I'd better control the angle with my wrist imho

  • OneBlade 360 + Extra Blade

    Should be called TwoBlade 720

  • So the is the 1 for the Crack and Sack

    • Personally, I have used it for just under a year now, and I have had no issues with build quality or deterioration other than replacing the head once already

  • What’s this like for places other than your face? Have a traditional style electric clipper but it can get a bit pinchy in certain places and don’t want to use my good electric face razor in other places.

  • These need to be USB-C already

  • Seems to be back in stock

  • This arrived today - is it just me, or has the build quality dropped significantly compared to my OG OneBlade? It seems so flimsy, fragile and cheap. I was scared to even snap the attachments on. Even the crappy cardboard packaging reeks of cost-cutting. Wondering whether I should try and return it…?
