Have been on the lookout for a decent Knock box after buying a rather terrible cheap generic one.
Got briefly excited at the Prime deals for the Breville 10 and 20, but then realised the sale price was essentially the same as BingLee normal price…

Enter this guy, Been superbly reviewed on a few websites, and importantly has overwhelmingly positive reviews on Amazon!
The Trends websites also show this is an All time low for the thingy!

Even if you're not a prime member, this comes to a similar price total including shipping for other suppliers and about the same price as many seeming knock-offs!
for Twenty Bux, it's about the same price as the horrible cheap ones all over amazon / ebay / etc (with no captive bar that snaps after a few weeks)

  So, where do you knock against? Do you knock against this flimsy looking metal bit? There are mostly good reviews but this one stands out and says the opposite:

  It’s tiny, the plastic looks and feels cheap, and it’s extremely lightweight. It’s not worth $26, and it’s no better than a normal knock tube.

  Fwiw I have a cafelat mini one that's lasted me for around 10 years at this point, I need to replace the knock bar only because it seems the adhesive inside is a bit sticky but it's only a minor impact, so is recommended those if you can find them. I think they're called 'tubbi'

    they look nice, I bought a cheap knockoff clone of one by the looks of it!, lasted all of 3 months, knock bar kept jumping out, nightmare

  Grindenstein knock box is only $25 delivered (prime) on Amazon. I would go with that given it's a tried and tested one. I had one for 10 years and only changed to match the new colour setup.
