  Damn these are still expensive. Had the GoPro Hero Black 8.. Doubt this does much more.

    GoPro Hero 10 onwards has horizon levelling (Hero 9 also had it, buuuuut you needed to purchase an additional $150 addon for it), which I find super useful, since the way I mount my GoPro has a lot of side-to-side movement, and it's nice to get rid of that to make the video more watchable.

    But yes, I didn't really care much for all the other tiny incremental updates between Hero 8 and Hero 13. They seem inconsequential and don't really justify the huge price leaps.

  Over the weekend I picked up the Hero 12 for ~$505 via Officeworks pricematch, for anyone that doesn't need/want the latest and greatest.

    May I know which store/website did Officeworks price beat?

    I can see it for $492 at Amazon.

    So, 467.4 after OW price beat is tempting.

    If OW doesn't price beat Amazon.com.au, I hope they could price beat Big W

    Either DJI or Insta. Comparisons are or and the GoPro gets bulldozed, especially in low light. Insta might be due for an update soon.
