    Perfect for "coffee beans"

  • So why would you buy the 1kg/0.02g(small size) when 2 others measure 3kg/0.1g?

FYI - The small size is very small.

      Because the 1kg has greater resolution… 0.02g vs 0.1g

Oh yeah I missed the zero after the decimal point, cheers.

        • Like McDonalds' attempt to introduce a ⅓-pounder failed because Americans thought it was smaller than a ¼-pounder. Never get fixated on any single digit!

  • Works great for making coffee

        Just for measurement before grinding

  • Which one for v60 pour over?

    • How big is your V60? :D

Seriously though, you probably don't need 0.02g resolution (0.1g is plenty) but you probably also don't need more than 1kg for beans. If you want to use it for something else though (say mixing expresso water) then it might be handy to be able to go up to 2 or 3 kg.

The smaller ones might also fit better under the group head of an espresso machine.

      • A dedicated acaia lunar-sized scale would be ace for the daily espresso making, without having to fork over several hundred buckaroos

  • Its the various v60 2 cup dripper. I think I'll get the 2kg small one. Should be fine.

  • Can confirm these are awesome for coffee, I have this to weigh pre grind then another (temore) for under the portafilter

  • 1kg/0.02g(small size)

Is this one still available? I can't see it on the link in OP.

      OOS, updated the description.

  • Anybody else get a faulty unit? Got the 500g unit turns on but won't calibrate or way anything
