    PRIME10X1 does work.
    PRIME10X2 does not work when try to purchase something else afterwards.
    Contacted Amazon helpdesk and wanted a screenshot as evidence. I did not take screenshot earlier for the terms/conditions of the offer of PRIME10X1/PRIME10X2
    Amazon support refuse to help until i have screenshot which i dont have….. Hope this helps for anyone in advance if contact Amazon support

      Same issue. Spent 30 minutes on chat with Support. First they wanted the screenshot of the Terms and Conditions for the code PRIME10X1 (which I didnt take when redeeming it), then they wanted the link from which the Redeem occurred. Still didnt seem to help them. It is surprising that they cannot bring up the Terms for a code on their end.

      Anyway, I've been told to wait 3 minutes to transfer me to another department and 48 hours for an email response… by which time the code for the Prime sale days will be over.

      Hey guys - my suggestion is to try again now with your second code PRIME10X2.
      The T&Cs said that "it's likely you will have to wait until an email is sent out saying your PRIME10X1 has been used and now your PRIME10X2 is available to use but that it may be workable even prior to receiving that email".

      My second code was also not working at first.
      It's now been 16 hours + since my first purchase with PRIME10X1, and now my PRIME10X2 voucher is applying!! YAY!! I did not have to click any "redeem here" buttons which have not appeared for me anyway like it did initially with PRIME10X1.

      Hoping this works for you guys too! x
