Its confusing if we can use these deals as soon as we sign up for shopback+ or if there's a waiting period.
And I just noticed that the $5 fee for shopback+ every month gets you a $5 bonus so it's essentially free?
They want you to think it's free, but remember:
* You'll need to spend at least $5 on gift cards each and every month
* They could pull it at any time
* If you ever leave, you'll get reduced cashback compared to before they introduced this subscription model because they're turning SB+ into what-was-SB and new-SB into "leftovers for suckers"
Life will be better if the subscription model doesn't exist.

* If they pull it you're not worse off than you started
* My BWS tracked at 26% on the weekend, not the usual 25% which was still offered, so it's not correct to say the non-plus offer is reduced
I joined with cashback credit and immediately purchased a $5 super swap and used with my Coles shop. It's not a difficult spend. Now I've claimed 2x $5 bonuses, so I am definitely better off. I'm not naive to not think this exists to benefit SB, but the way I use it I'll not be worse off for it.
By all means you don't have to like plus, but keep it factual, it's giving "old man yells at clouds" vibes 🙄
I have less and less faith with SB nowadays, a lot of my purchases don't track even though some others do and I'm using the same device and the same steps to make the purchase. I don't have time to keep checking on what tracks and what don't and submit claims etc.

Random bonus cashback challenge hasn't tracked
$5 for $75 gift card with Westpac hasn't tracked even though I used my linked Westpac card to purchase the $100 super swap.
The only thing that worked is the 5% tracked for the $100 super swap and I was able to use the $5 monthly voucher to get the gift card for $95
Better cancel, before you forget to use it next month. Your Plus Sub is still working for a month.
i joined SB+ and bought $75 card with Westpac this morning, but the $5 still hasn't been tracked.
It's not a good feeling, paying $5 a month for a chance that the SB gets tracked and that i have to continually check that my purchases have been tracked.
I get that the perception of getting $5 off a giftcard each month offsets the subscription fee, but i am now paying for a service in a hope/gamble you get your bonus' tracked.
They really need to fix the tracking first before offering scheme that doesn't track properly. I've been burnt by orders in the past that didn't get tracked and i forget to go back and check.
They need to offer more than few % hopium discounts for $5 a month.

The terms and conditions say the $5 bonus will track within 48 hours , mine took about 6 hours. I don’t see what the problem is.

We noticed that if only the bank bonus part is missing, we can't use that report missing cashback (as it'd say, cashback already tracked) and emailing to helpdesk doesn't seems to yield anything (there doesn't seems to be anyone responding, probably due to the sheer amount of email received?)
