      I am on coles mobile $120 plan. I just brought recharge $96 at service check out today Fri 04/10/24.

      Recharge voucher Expire 26/10/25 this is the best offer that we could get for this plan because for the new customer they can’t sign up for this plan. This plan for existing customers only paid one time now an recharge next year whenever your expire date is. If you are on $120 plan this is the best recharge discount you could get. Coles mobile never offer more than 20% discount in the past 4 year that l have been using!!! Promotion end next Tues 08/10/24 !!!

          At self service check out

          On POS find mobile recharge
          Find coles mobile and choose what plan
          For example coles mobile $120 click it and bring it to screen it will automatic reduce to $96 scan your Flybuy and pay. On receipt it will tell you everything. No need to tell the number. When your time up to recharge just recharge from your coles mobile app. Better than recharging from the app directly. It will charge the full price $120 no discount. So better buy from promotion like this time.

            @paul ipx10: I tried today and it charged me $150 for the 120gb plan and after I paid the checkout screen then said mobile recharge failed

            • no voucher but still charged me.

            I had to go to customer service to get my money back

    If the plan you're on no longer exists can you still recharge to the same plan amount? Or do you have to recharge to a new plan?
    I'm on the $150 360 plan so it would be good to be able keep it.

      I recharged at the end of June and my plan didn't exist anymore but Coles offered me the option to recharge with the same plan I had which I took.

          I purchased from self service checkout search for mobile recharge find coles mobile and select whatever recharge from coles mobile you need, bring to screen POS and it will automatic discount 20% l paid $96 for $120 recharge and expire nexus year 10/25

          this is very good offer for existing coles mobile customer. Promo end Tue 08/10/24

All came up the same for me with the discount for the recharge already applied to the sale. Great offer as it matches my initial purchase last year when I first signed up.

      You need to recharge your voucher at exactly the date expire , you said your plan will expire 20/10/24 you need to recharge on this date and it will give you another 365 days expire. ( but do not recharge too early because you will loose the date that you remaining l learned from my mistake l thought the expired date will add on but it wasn’t)

      You can not recharge after your expired date if you want to recharge on 21/10/24 it too late your mobile phone will show no service.

      I am using this plan since 2019 this plan is really suited for me because of including call to oversea free that l can called my country anytime l want while l am on this plan 60 GB data more than enough for me every year l have 10 -15 GB left so the data can add on up to 50 GB.

    My Coles Prepaid $150 - 120Gb plan runs out in December so I picked up a renewal today for $120 from the self service checkout, the expiry date on the receipt was 11/10/2025. They also had the $120 - 60Gb Plan on special for $96 so be careful not to mix these renewals up as I believe there are no refunds. Their staff including the manager had no clue which plans were which as they are indicated on the screen by price and not the allocated size.

      How do you get it through the self service checkout? is there an option on the screen to purchase a recharge? If so, what do I look for? Looking to get the old $120 recharge for $96

        Yes, there is an option for Mobile recharges on the self-service check-out screen. There are tabs by vendor eg Optus, Vodafone etc. Select the Coles Mobile tab and then the $120 recharge. It will scan at $96.

        No, the $120 plan no longer exists and is only available to customers who were on that plan when it ceased in Nov 2023.

          I understand downgrading to an old plan is not allowed. In my case I want to upgrade to one if the existing plans because I need more data now.

    Got mine yesterday following paul ipx10's steps. In case it helps anyone else out:

    • At the self service checkout press the "Search" button (that you normally use for stuff like fruit & veg).
    • Type in "Coles Mobile Recharge" and all the recharge options, even old ones will appear on the screen.
    • Select the one you need and the 20% discount will be automatically applied to the sales price. For mine, $150 recharge showed as $120 purchase price.
    • Don't forget to scan your Flybuys card for points before purchase.

    Mine has an expiry date of 26/10/2025. So does that mean I theoretically have until October next year to redeem and activate the recharge?

      That the last day of recharging is on 26/10/25 you need to recharge anytime before or up to that date expire to keep your 365 days expire running another year. Please do not recharge voucher too early you will loose the day remaining only data can rollover up to 50 GB ( for my plan $120 ) but for $150 l am not sure about data rollover how much up to only the date l can tell is the same because l used to recharge early 6 months l thought the date will add on but it had gone l loose 6 months for case study that l won’t do recharge early again!!!

          That’s correct!!! As long as the expiry date on the voucher cover your plan you can recharge at the last date of your plan to give another 365 days going. I always buy like this promo 20% off buy now and take a screenshot of the code and recharge from the app when the time has come to recharge l always recharge the last day without any issue l remembered last year on the coles mobile app offer 20% off as well but l didn’t do from the app then the system was removed because l always purchased from coles time to time when they have this kind of special promotion 20% off is the max discount that l could get in the past 4 years

        No, anyone can buy a Recharge voucher, but the recharge must be used by an existing customer.
        SIMs can be bought by new customers who want to port over to Coles Mobile, or by existing customers who want another number.
