Today’s DD deal isn’t all that great but for what DD has done over the past few weeks is still better than what CBA Yello has done for the billions in profit they’re making.

    • +1

Doesnt seem you have a good relationship with CBA lately

      • +1

I am only pointing out the facts and what’s obvious.

Also I am fighting for the OzB community.

    • The deals with CBA Yello are completely randomized. You may have bad deals but someone else has better deals.
They are like DoorDash it's targeted.

Also you shouldn't compared DD to CBA Yello lol. More than 80% of the deals for DD are Targeted… Hell the last time this famous feed campaign ran several months ago they made the Good deals Targeted while the crappy deals was available for pretty much everyone. DD is real scum for that.

No the CBA Yello deals are not randomised as from my observations, it’s based on past transactions and other things like having to make 5 transactions in a month etc.

The recent DD deals are not targeted, albeit they are capped at a certain no. of redemptions.

I am close observer of these deals.

It’s not about comparing DD with CBA Yello, it’s about the spending direction set by the board.

        • I was referring to the last time they launched the famous feed campaign several months ago. I wasn't talking about this one.

Also I'm surprised you even care about the deals with CBA Yello. As someone who checks the app every now and then I've never had a good deal from them at all. Even with their old system Commbank Rewards (Before they changed it to Yello). The deals have always been crap. They only give you rewards to places like they know you'll never spend a single cent at.

          • @RocketToSpace: For my argument to be valid, considering the past wouldn’t work because as of today CBA has been making billions in profit in consecutive rolling quarters and have very little to show for with CBA Yello, especially when compared to what others like Woollies, David Jones, Uber One, Menulog, Doordash, Shopback/Westpac/BoM/BSA/StG are doing.

  • By the end of the deals I am going to be Fat

    • I don't think I had fully normalised from last years 30 days of deals!
