        I bought it on the day and only got a shipping notice today, which is fine but not when your telling people you'll have it on Friday, I'm in Sydney 2kms from CBD….

        You definitely should have had it by today. Send us an email and we will chase it up with the courier. We have had a few issues this week as we had to book a truck to come and pick up the laptops for the Samsung deal, rather than our normal delivery driver. It seems that they don't get processed as quickly.

        Everyone should have their orders by Monday.

        Everything was either picked earlier this week or dropped off at the depot tonight. We had to manually update some orders as we were having issues with our fulfillment computer, but you will have a tracking number Monday morning at the latest.

        Send us an email I will chase it for you. When we drop off direct at the end of the night they often don't scan it. If I have an order number I can figure out what is going on.

    Haven't cracked one yet, but I would say that would be very likely. If you are looking for 7mm drives we are about to do a deal on 500gb Hitachi's actually.

      Entirely possible that there is no SATA bridge - and the hard drive is native USB - the later Seagate drives are like this.
