Because they're way overpriced lol. Earbud market is super competitive these days. Great options under $200 and even sub $150.
They always price according to overpriced iPay products (but Asians don't understand why people still buy them ;)
And they were plagued with QC issues initially. The ANC is just simply not good (maybe it's fine for Samsung, but coming from the Bose QC range it's night and day). The fit is very hit and miss depending on ear type. Even the placement in the case is just wrong and can lead to dropping the buds easier trying to spin them around to get them in.
I will say that the sound is excellent, but they are just plain annoying to use. Mine are going back.
The Bose QC Ultra Earbuds have been miserable IMO, heaps of connection issues and I struggle to get as good of a fit with them as previous Bose earbud models sadly. A friend and I both have them and have been Bose earbud users for multiple gens, we both find these to be the worst we've had due to the constant glitches.
I was hoping these would be better for me.
@Bargain Slut: The fit is down to the individual of course, but pretty much all other issues have been fixed with the latest firmware. Not a single disconnect in 2 weeks since I updated. Plus they added multi point.
@gilly24: going to go and update mine now then, I will forgive all my other grievances if they will just start reliably pairing with devices. TBH it's still pretty sad that a company that has been doing this for years couldn't have gotten this closer to correct sometime around launch

This, especially when they go on sale. For example, you can currently get the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 for $189. I got a pair last week, and they sound amazing.

Got these for during the sale of all sales at the Galaxy unpacked launch event, almost for free with the purchase of a $1600~ fold 6.
Really nice buds, I like the ANC, seal, speed, attention to detail and look. They sound excellent too, and I believe seem to be good for calls too*.
Much better than my 85t's/Buds FE, and largely preferable to the XM4 [over ears] for most use cases.
Big fan, using currently, good for music and calls.
I don't particularly like this one. It's very slippery, and I struggle to hold it and put it in my ear without having to stop walking. I much prefer the Sony WF-1000XM5 or Bose QuietComfort Ultra at this price range.
It's sad to hear, Samsung always have its querk here and there. Especially when it is their new design, personally i love their previous design and fitment tbh.
I picked these up in the pre order price error via Amazon. I paid $208, $298 - $10 Zip - $80 Amazon credit. Great earbuds with excellent sound and noise cancellation. Tbis is a really good price.

Yes, they will. I use my Samsung Buds2 Pro with my iPhone all the time. Buds sync automatically with my iPhone every time I take them out of the case. I much prefer how discreet they look compared to the very ugly AirPods.
I'm yet to read anything that makes them better than the Buds Pro 2 which I already have.
The deals on the Pro 2 going around are better value again.
Much better fit than the buds 2 pro which NEVER stay in.

interesting. I use memory foam tips from Ali express which makes my buds pro2 super comfortable and stable. they are about $ for 3 pairs which last about a month before I say they are too funky to keep using!

Definitely still going to give it a shot though. Not going to wait and try the Officeworks price match - I doubt it'll stick around long enough for that.
I ordered through Amazon, then popped up to Officeworks (benefit of being in WA) then cancelled through Amazon once I had the buds.
Amazon only invoice in dispatch, so you should have time in the morning.

So far so good, beautiful from what I've been told!
Just switched from iPhone to the Fold 6 and got this at the launch event. These are great and works better than the airpods pro. My only gripe is the awkward way you have to place it back into the case. The APP was seamless in that sense.

I did some research into this and it seems it's pretty universal that Raycon is terrible and just a fashion brand/hyped up and marketed heavily earbud.

I have just bought the earfun pro 4,
Soundpeats capsule 3+ pro and now these.. too many lol
How do you compare these three? Galaxy buds 3 pro vs earfun pro 4 vs Soundpeats capsule 3+ pro
LDAC on capsule pro 3 +, has fhe best sound. No question in my mind. Samsung solid, good sound, but not capsule level. Earfun just has a good overall sound. Ghe separation isnt there, but good bass, warm for what it is.
Samsung has the best ANC. Amazing talk feature while ANC is on, where it shifts to ambient when you start talking. Earfun and capsule very similar in second place.
Earfun has fhe best app. Samsung is beautifully integrated. Soundpeats has terrible app, but does the job.
Capsule fits me best YMMV, Earfun's comfortable and samsung fit is weak. Comfortable but weak holding.
Ambient, samsung is best. Earfun second. Capsule transparency works, but pretty ordinary tbh.
Multipoint on capsule and earfun, edge to earfun for overall performance. Samsung isnt legit. Works with smasung only.
Battery, earfun, capsule, samsung in that order.
Voice, all of them are so much better than what you are used to for calls.
I tend to use the capsule because of the music and multipoint. Probably going to return the samsung buds 3 pro. Its all features but the fit is terribelnfor me. YMMV.

Went in store to Officeworks, showed the guy, he found it and said it would be no problem but it's out of stock and then I argued yeah but I can still order it right now if I wanted to.
He goes 'its Saturday afternoon, I can't be bothered to argue this, sure I'll do it.'
Basically just find the most dishevelled looking worker and you should be good to go.
