  Works for family plan too, little white button appears to upgrade to family (free for the 4months) after you sign up.

    Hmmm I clicked this and it immediately charged the difference to my card, so it wasn't giving four months free (only 2) and only at the "single" rate.
    I ended up having to cancel the entire thing.

    setup a free gmail account
    setup a new amazon account
    clear all cookies amazon has on your machine
    sign up with a credit card you have not used for any amazon services

        Amazon support refunded it, and around the roundabout again to setup a new account with a new email address and different credit card… to 10th Feb 2025
