  Harvey Norman are disgusting. Paid for Batman Arkham City over 4 weeks ago and they debited my account same day. Sent numerous emails and have had the store phone me telling me the game would arrive last week, nope. Sent yet another email last week and still has not been replied to. Appalling service I suggest you avoid them.

    Also, ACR and Saints Row can be had cheaper from dvd.co.uk / Zavvi / The Hut, and it will actually arrive.

    Maybe next email, tell them that you're going to get a chargeback on your credit card if you don't get the game within 48 hrs..

    Chargebacks cost the retailer $30, so it'd be wise for them to cough up ASAP..

      Which credit card company are you with? I've never seen an Australian credit card company provide a chargeback. The only options are to cancel your card, issue a new number, and then contest the charges - which will take months, and you likely still won't win (plus you'll be charged for lying) because you authorized it whether you received the goods or not.

        I've had a chargeback successfully applied for goods not arriving. Was quite a few years ago, but doubt that would matter.

        i've done a few chargebacks over the years.. items not arrived.. items arrived damaged.. most banks have a form you fill in, provide evidence and they'll then hassle the retailer about it..

        Ive done it for companies under administration, worked fine
        Also had to do a PayPal dispute with HN on their last sale
        I would avoid

  Good deal if you pick it up in-store… If you're getting it delivered (+$5.95) it's not really a bargain.

    All the games listed have an 'online sale price' and are 'delivery only'; chances are you can't pick it up in store.

  I got this in-store for $15 during their similar Hot Deals sale, picked up Uncharted 3 as well. Games were UK versions but they're absolutely fine.

        Ah I see :P The majority of my PS3 collection is from overseas, since they were dirt cheap and are the exact same games that you'd buy locally for $50 or more

  i once had my game delivered in 1 hour..guy knocked on my door and delivered the game said he was on lunch break and lived in area :)

    BF4 is $18. u sure about MW3?

    Anyway got MW3 at $24 last time and it is totally worth it especially when u have gold membership.

  I'm still waiting to be able to pick up my order.
