          Some update, this morning I recieved the rest of the bonus points. So 26,000 points for $1300 purchase. To answer yr question, no, I purchased five times, each time $200 or $300. And since the 5 cards per customer rule, I purchased in different Coles stores.

        I have bought 6 cards to convert them to JB, and after doing 2, I am also getting this issue - multiple devices, multiple browsers, multiple networks.

        This is such a pain, this would make a poor experience if these were given as gifts.

        Was hoping to use this with the JB perks $30 off $300 that expires tonight, but looks like that’s not happening.

        Really disappointed.

    How does the exchange for e-gift card work?

    If I have $100 physical Him gift card, I can somehow exchange it for a digital be games gift card? What would be the best way to italics this promo with a large purchase from EB such as the ps5 pro?

      Go to https://exchangeyourcard.com.au/
      Type in your card No. and CVV. Make sure you use 12/29 as the expiry time.
      Once you type in the correct info, you can see your credit and all the retailers you can exchange egift from.

        Make sure you use 12/29 as the expiry time.

        12/29 is only used for Ultimate gift cards with the older style packaging.

        If you have an Ultimate gift card with the newer packaging, the expiry date (which is not 12/29) is printed on the packaging.

        It would be easier to tell people to go to the balance check website for physical Ultimate gift cards, because that will always tell you the expiry date of an Ultimate gift card.
