    I don't know, but I can tell you this…
    I benchmarked the Lexar 8gb from last week's BigW sale. It writes at about 10mb per second and reads at about 28mb per second.
    I tested several large files, so these were the sustained xfer rate over a few minutes.
    Not super fast, but not "dog slow" either.
