Basically 10% of the gift card’s value is returned to you in the form of Everyday Rewards points.

Best gift card for me will be TCN Restaurant as it is accepted in almost all restaurants and cafés.
TCN Restaurant, TCN Pub & Bar, TCN Cinema and TCN Pamper can "Go Digital" to be added to mobile wallet (i.e. Apple Pay, Google Wallet, Samsung Wallet).

    Can we use Google Play ones to pay for storage subscription (like Drive, email, etc). I'm in the Apple system but I want to transfer to Google eventually and just wondering if their gift cards are semi-universal amongst their system like Apple's are

      Wait for the next round of Ultimate giftcards discount, normally there should be one in Mid September

    In my Rewards app's Activity tab, for my first purchase of 3 x TCN Restaurant gift cards I only got +2000 pts. Then for my second transaction of 2 x TCN Restaurant gift cards I got +0 pts.

    I'm expecting 20x150=3000 points for first transaction and 20x100=2000 points for the second transactions. Am I wrong?

      I think you are wrong.

      The terms and conditions of this deal says:

      For TCN Restaurant Gift Cards and TCN Deluxe Variable Gift Card (where you choose the amount to load), limit of 2 cards per day per Rewards Member.

      You have purchased 5 cards in one day and it sounds like you did this on the same Everyday Rewards card (and have therefore breached the purchase limit).

        You're right. My mistake. I thought it was 10 per day. I didn't realise and forgot Woolies now specifically limits TCN Restuarant to 2 per day. Argh

    Is there any reason you’d buy TCN Restaurant over TCN Pub & Bar? Pub & Bar appears to be accepted at everywhere Restaurant is accepted, plus country clubs. And you can buy up to 10 Pub & Bar cards per day compared to 2 Restaurants. Am I missing something?

      Seems the TCN restaurant card "might be" possible to be used in Fastfood and Bakeries (when converted to digital), while Pub & Bar can't
      Probably the only reason to get TCN restaurant over Pub & Bar?

      FYI Pub & Bar are 10% off directly from card.gift now and you can buy a $500 denom.

      I grabbed that instead of from Woolworths for use in restaurants.

      I can confirm biggest difference is TCN restaurant (digital) can be used at fast food. Note that some restaurants may also classify themselves as "fast food" so it's really just expanding the compatibility.

        After you convert TCN restaurant into digital, buy a $100 restaurant choice gift card from Shopback, with your $100 TCN restaurant digital for an extra 3% cashback ($3) and the restaurant choice also works at fast food.

        I did that with the $500 pub & bar also as 10% off and $500 denom, was better than 10% back in points and only $100 denom for this Woolworths deal. And they both end up being restaurant choice gift cards anyway.

          Nice, works out to be 12.7% discount through this hack. Major difference is that TCN Restaurant works for bakeries also while Restaurant Choice doesn't.

      In short TCN Restaurant should work everywhere that TCN Pub works, but not vice versa. At least I am yet to find an exception.
