                @wangasm: Just wondering how you do this? On the app, my toggle only allows me to pay with SB Cashback balance OR card, not specify how much from each.

                  @seearsy: It requires some fiddling and calculating. You can manipulate your SB balance by withdrawing a specific number so that the amount left over is exactly what you need.
                  eg. if your SB balance is $15
                  And you are buying a $5 gift card
                  And you have $4 left on your Pub & Bar card
                  Then you need to withdraw $14 from your SB account to have $1 left over, which you can then combine with the $4
                  Note that you also need to have a minimum number of funds to be able to withdraw ($10+)

                @Senior: Yup it's a good hack to convert to a technically better card (and get extra discount). Just note you can't add restaurant choice cards to shopback app

        Oof. Mine's been over a hr and haven't received it yet. I can only guess they're slower with me as it's my first time purchasing from them or something, who knows. Will report back when I receive it hopefully in the next few hours.

      I called them yesterday about 3 hours after placing the order and still not having received the gift card. Support person said my order was being held up due to their anti-fraud process. I verified my details with the support person and they say they would expedite the process.

      This morning I checked my order status and can see it has been cancelled. The pending transaction that was on my card disappeared. So looks like there was an issue with the payment.

      Since they only cancelled my order today, sadly too late for me to try again to order the gift card using this promo code which has now ended.
