Now that shopback have gutted the supermarket visa gift card (dropped it to 0.5% cashback) - what is everyone doing for discounted coles shopping?
I have a few thoughts:
- 2% cashback on tap transactions from HSBC under $100 (no airmiles from loading via a CC)
- Shopback superswap (1.75% cashback and airmiles from CC but cant purchase giftcards with these as you swap for coles branded GCs rather than a prepaid card limited to certain MCCs)
- Other avenues (rewards portals etc) for up to 3% discount off coles branded GCs - same issues as above
Anyone got anything clever they are doing?
I had this NAB credit card recently and converted the points into $650 Coles gift cards.
