Precisely! People would just write something similar and it would take away the credibility of even genuine reviews. Asking for feedback is better option and if they work on that feedback, positive reviews will come eventually. They can still encourage people to leave reviews, with a sign.

I dont see why everyone is up in arms. This post help me heaps in making a decision. I was going to pull the trigger on the solar install I was quoted from his business, but now I know better.
