        Special notes from store
All promo codes & Everyday Rewards promotions are valid for Cashback.

      • But the terms and conditions clear state

All promo codes & Everyday Rewards promotions are valid for Cashback

        • The next set of terms however, are extremely unclear by stating:

          Special notes from store

          • Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
          • Any Gift Card or Voucher redemption

What does that even mean, is it eligible or not to use a Gift card for payment??

          • @OutOfTime: Yeah don't use gift cards to pay.

            • @0 0 0: Yes, It states further up (under another heading) Gift Cards are excluded.

The terms I copied further down the list are just unnecessarily vague by not stating the eligibility. It will likely confuse people, because they follow something that's valid for cashback.

          • +2

@OutOfTime: Very typical of ShopBack. They’re as clear as mud when specifying conditions with continual contractions. Once or twice you’d think it was a error on their behalf. But this happens so often it feels like it’s done on purpose to avoid a payout.

            • @1989jdm: Agree, I avoided using gift cards but I did use the coupon code as it clearly said it was valid. Fingers crossed they pay out otherwise I'll take it as a hard lesson learnt.

          • +1

@OutOfTime: Any Gift Card payment method is invalid, but any Gift Card or Voucher redemption is valid.

Gift Card redemption - this part is "Add promo code". not payment

    • Did you get a tracking notification? Looking to buy an iPad for my daughter through Big W. ~$300 after cashback is a pretty good price if it tracks.

      • My Nintendo switch tracked.

      • I can’t seem to find any iPad sold by Big W via the Everyday Market tho

        • You're right. I think I clicked a Big W link and it took me to the Big W website rather than staying in the Everyday Market.

  • But does that mean we can or cannot use gift cards for payment? as the terms states that any gift cards or voucher redemption is eligible for cashback…. it is very confusing

  • @gotyourback

Please clarify the last 2 points under Special notes from store.

    • +4

Thanks for flagging this @Hiphopopotamus! Checked on this and the terms were not updated - it has now been updated and any purchase of gift card or redemption of gift card in the Everyday Rewards purchase will not be eligible for Cashback. Sorry for the confusion!

      @OutOfTime @zeter @1989jdm

      • I just purchased through the link and I get that it can take up to 48 hours to track.
My click activity is detected but purchase is not tracked.
I used everyday rewards dollars (not classified as a gift card on purchase) but the purchase hasn't tracked yet.
Can you shed some light on this should it be tracked. If not I want to cancel my purchase.

        • +1

@maverickjohn - yup it should be tracked accordingly after 2 days (48 hours) from the purchase date. If it does not you may submit a Missing Cashback report from your end which allow us to investigate this

          • @gotyourback: Thank you so much for the response. Hoping it will auto track but if not I'll claim the missing cashback.

      • +1

        Hi @gotyourback

Could you please confirm that we can use the promo code EMNEW10 for $10 off and still get this 28% shopback cashback?

        Thank you

        • +3

Yes it should be eligible as All promo codes & Everyday Rewards promotions are valid for Cashback. @Shoptop20

  • I’m a bit confuse here. When they mention marketplace does it include groceries as well?

    • +1

Pretty sure it only includes items sold via Everyday Market and not normal Woolworths groceries

  • +1

Possibly some decent deals on Ubiquiti gear, but be mindful of the $150 cap.

    https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/search/products?searchTer…

  • Thanks, bought some Lego sets on sale from Big W, confirmed 28% cashback tracked.

    • how long did tracking take? the last time i ordered, mine didnt even track and even after submitting a missing cashback, shopback sent me a generic message saying that they are not responsible for third party rejecting the cashback

      • Like an hour, after cc got charged I checked tracking in the app and it’s there.

  • All promo codes & Everyday Rewards promotions are valid for Cashback.

    Are you sure?

  • Fyi order placed 1:01am and tracked with email confirmation at 1:19am. Included using the $10 coupon code.

  • Is the $150 cap per order or per customer?

    • Placed two orders. total tracked cashback amount more than $150 so I am assuming it is per order?

      • How fast did yours track?

        • +1

          12 mins after order placed

          • @dairy-coffee: Hmmmm I purchased 3 hours ago and nothing has tracked.
            Thanks for letting me know

These Sony headphones are popular on here. I think it is a good offer today with cashback. https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/1074385952…

  • Is this offer limited to woollies only? Looking to buy shoes for kiddo from big w, but shopback is taking to woollies only. Is everyday market limited to woollies only?

  • my previous order with amazon did not get tracked, and after filing a missing transaction is now pending. which affects a happy hour $3 bonus offer (also pending but which likely requires manual intervention only after the amazon transaction formally goes through). i simply have not time to keep track. shopback is such a pain these days!

    • Thanks for mentioning this mate! Let's get this sorted - could you drop me a DM with the details and I'll be on it

  • PS5 through BigW at $799 with 28% discount comes to $575.28. Am I missing something?

  • weird, when I click through the rate is updated to 25% with a cap of $40

    • +1

@nekov You are on the wrong site (Woolworths). You need to click through Everyday Market (different to Woolworths) and it will show 28% cashback with $150 cap.

  • My cashback tracked, but now everyday market has cancelled part of the order, bringing the total below $50 - do I lose all the cashback? I was thinking of cancelling the remainder of the order, and ordering again, but there does not appear to be a cancel option, just 'create a return' - is that all I can do.

    • @Its4me can you drop me a DM please with details of the order

  • Geez Everyday Market place sure like to take their time sending orders out. Ordered an iron on Monday and just checked the status…still processing with ETA of 11-20 September. WTF? No wonder Amazon is killing it

    • My Nintendo switch from Big W arrived today
