I bought this last week and it appears it is still on sale. Still haven't received it yet so I can't give a review but the Amazon reviews I've read seem favourable. I paid slightly more as the exchange rate was lower when I purchased it but you will be hard-pressed to get the latest model Govee TV Backlight that suits 75-85" TVs for $160.

    Here’s a small comparison of T1, T2 and T3 lite

    Summary

    • Govee RGBIC TV Backlight with Camera (H6199)is suitable for larger TVs (75-85 inches) and features Envisual Color-Match technology.

    • Govee TV Backlight T2 (H605C)supports ultra-thin TVs, has dual cameras, and offers higher LED density (60 LEDs/m).

    • Govee TV Backlight 3 Lite (H6099)supports ultra-thin TVs, has RGBICW lighting, and includes features like 4 in 1 LED and Fisheye Correction.

  • They are great, I’d go for the two camera version. It’s at a good.. I have the single camera version and it is a great backlight. Should have bought the two camera one though. But frankly it doesn’t matter that much.

    • Any reason why the two camera version is better/worth the extra cost?

      • 2 cameras vs 1

        • Not really sure why the 2nd camera is better, does it more accurately see the screen? This is just so the back-light mimics what's on the screen right?

          • @conza: Plus it has more LEDs in the strips.

Had the T1, and for a new Tv went with T2 over the T3 lite. Reviews all pretty much say T2 is still preferred over the T3 until such time there is a full T3 model released.

            • @tm32: Anyone know what the benefit of 2 cameras is? More LEDs is obvious, but 2 cameras I still don't understand why they needed 2 cameras.

    • Yeah I got the T2 for 85" from the US because the lights are more vibrant and they weren't planning to sell the T2 85" in Australia.

Hey all, just received this today and set it up. Don't forget to invest in a US-to-AUS plug adaptor as the kit has got a US plug. You also need to update the Govee Home App to the latest version as the previous version I was running didn't have the H6099 (Govee TV Backlight 3 Lite) listed as a device that you could add.

    • How is it?
