A few people have reported problems with deals not tracking, or for those that have tracked, they don't move from Pending to Confirmed. In a recent BWS deal, there were many members who posted complaints about overdue Approvals from an earlier deal.

I count 21 individual members in that thread whose previous transactions have not been Confirmed. Probably twice as many as that complaining about current delays with tracking, but that is apparently solved.
Some commenters suggest the only way to get action is to contact via social media … this forum or Facebook. Clicking the Enquire button does not seem to get action. That has been my recent experience.
The problem is these reported experiences get buried and unless you go to that deal and scroll through the comments you may not know of the concerns. So I decided to ask what experiences others are having to see how much of a problem it is.
What has been your experience with getting cash backs tracked and then confirmed? For those with multiple transactions, report what you think fits best. If you get a rejection that is reasonably explained, that would be "resolved".

So far 87 responses with a majority happy with their experience.
Since responses started coming in, the percentage of those with problems has remained fairly constant at around 30%. What is interesting is that of the 28 who reported problems, not a single one has been resolved via their website. The only ones who received resolution were those who contacted the rep directly (just 3 out of 28) and 1 who was rejected after contacting the rep.
A few gave negative feedback because there was no separate choice for No problems. My intention was to bundle those who accepted minor issues as fine together with those who had no problems. I see it as 55 votes saying they are happy with their experience. Nevertheless I take onboard the negatives if I do another poll.
Kicking this off, I had a transaction that was tracker straight away. With Westpac bonus it was worth about $35. The date it should have been confirmed was 16 July. When it was not confirmed by end of July I used the Report button on Shopback. 5 weeks later and I still have no response of any kind. 2 weeks ago I tried the chat (bot). The bot said it would pass the enquiry on. Heard nothing further.
Then I finally contacted the rep via message on here. He responded and resolved it to my satisfaction.
