Can be lucky, last year they took over a month to ship my wiper but this year pretty good so far, everything delivered within a week or two.
Cheaper to buy from them on eBay as they are 15-17% cheaper with free shipping too.

The spark plugs I ordered via their website for $4.96 each are listed on eBay for $11.95 each, comes down to $9.92 with coupon. That's exactly twice the price…
Sparesbox are useless, last time I used them I had to trigger a CC chargeback as I they had not shipped anything 3 weeks after ordering. They did not reply to their customer service email until after I trigged the chargeback.
They are actually better than they were.
I think they pre sell the items so don't actually have stock of half of it.
Also parent company is motorspecs and they also own repco.

Sparesbox has been run into the ground over the last 4-5 years. I used to rate them very highly, good prices and great service.
These days they are terrible, you will often be waiting at least a month to get an update on your order and oftentimes things don't even get shipped at all.
I put in my email to get $10 off but no email came through… Tried 2 emails and checked spam but still nothing… anyone has the same problem?
